Hi LMM

Yes, I do believe the cooler less humid weather is headed our way - finally. Thank you for letting me know how you, hubby and the waifs are doing. Smokey is trying, I think. Keep in mind he is still a predator at heart. I would probably have hollered to warn the bunny too. I don't think he hunts for food but rather to show appreciation for your generosity. He, Tabby 2, Smokey, Leggings and Caramel are lucky to have you and hubby to care for them. God bless YOU both.

Thank for the prayers for Lt. Tang, Princess Theresa and myself. They are appreciated. I hope you, hubby and the waifs are well and that Angel Mickey keeps watch over you as always. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, cloudy humid Sunday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

So glad you and your precious fur tribe enjoyed a carefree day yesterday. By now you are on your way home to your precious companions who are eagerly anticipating your arrival.

I can sympathize with your situation at work as while my mom was working she required a similar note from her physician so that she would not be reprimanded by her supervisors for the same effects of prescription medication - - and this was long before FMLA arrived in legislation. Please know I support you in whatever you decide to do.

Nothing going on here today. My precious Noah is settled next to me keeping me faithful company as I'm writing to you. The lower humidity promised by the weather forecasters has yet to arrive here - - it is muggy as ever so far today.

I hope today treated you kindly at work, my friend, and that your travels will be safe and expedient so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang will have a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. I thank you for the blessing of your friendship, Tracy, and of your precious companions. Please know you and your precious Theresa and little Tang are in my thoughts and prayers, and that I always look forward to knowing how you and your precious companions are doing, and to sharing your treasured memories of your beloved Sir Thomas.

Hello moon_beam. Sunny, breezy and cooler greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you are both well.

My shift started out as a "normal" Sunday with a glut of service calls tapering off around 9:30-10:00 - But then we shot up to 340 and climbing and stayed in until well after noon. And I think that was only because the system cuts off all but the west coast by then. "We are AWESOME at delivering papers" The site director once said - Indeed dry.gif I'd like to see him out there talking to all those angry callers. Needless to say, no VTO. But it's just as well since I lost an hour's pay for Labor Day (Holiday pay is 8 hours but my shift is 9)

Travels home were timely and quiet which was good as I had to make an extra swing by the GNC in the shopping center off my bus stop to get the digestive enzymes I forgot Thursday. That's going to have me down to literal pennies after the next Thursday shopping trip, so I need to be careful.

Tang met me at the door upon arrival, but Theresa stayed in her cubby eventually coming out for some cuddles. I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a most pleasant evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, cloudy Monday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

I'm sorry you will be losing an hour's pay for last Monday's holiday. To me that doesn't seem right but employers find all kinds of ways to get around Labor laws and fair pay. Yeah, I can imagine how much you chuckle to yourself about how "awesome" your employer is about delivering its newspapers from your own personal experiences. Because of your own experiences you know how to help other customers who experience the same frustration.

The temperature is only in the 60's as I'm writing to you with humidity at 93 percent. Still, it's decent enough to have the big door open and gated after a week of having it closed. The air is cool enough with the northerly breeze. Not much happening on the homefront today. My precious Noah is doing well - - all is right with our world.

I hope today is treating you kindly at work, my friend, and that your travels will be safe and expedient so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang will have a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. I thank you for the blessing of your friendship, Tracy, and of your precious companions. Hello moon_beam. Sunny and cooler greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you are both well, and glad to hear the weather permitted the opening of the big door for nature's symphony.

Yeah, I thought my own experiences with poor service from the CJ would help me help the customers too. I was wrong. As frustrated as I got, there were just some "being a jerk" lines I never crossed. Today was a good example of not line crossers but destroyers. I'm so jaded at this point, I don't even like the paper any more. And that's sad, as it used to be a quite a treat for me. But working there has forever taken that simple joy from me.

Travels home were more or less on time and uneventful. Tang was waiting for me at the door, and Theresa followed suit eventually; both are well and settling in, as am I. I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a very peaceful evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, cloudy, sometimes sunny pleasant Tuesday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

So glad your travels home yesterday were on time, as I know your precious fur tribe were elated to have their daddy home. I'm sorry you no longer enjoy reading the newspaper. Hopefully you will find a new source of reading that will eventually be more enjoyable. And perhaps one day you will be able to find a good job elsewhere so that you can renew your enjoyment in reading the newspaper again.

Not a lot going on around here today. My precious Noah is letting me know that it's time for lunch in his bowl, and he's right as usual. I also need to call the vet's office to order a new supply of his food.

I hope today is treating you kindly at work, my friend, and that your travels will be safe and expedient so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang will have a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. Hi moon_beam. Partly cloudy, breezy and a bit cooler greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you are both well.

Work was about typical for Tuesday with spurts here and there. I got an email with my stats and, TA DA, 3.20 (even better than the post nesting score) I got the email from the temp sup and the new one helping out. I don't imagine she was pleased. I guess taking away her access to certain elements, and my making noise helped after all. My understanding is that this is supposed to get me off the PIP.

Travels home were timely and fairly quiet. When I got in, Tang was blocked from greeting me due to boxes and a key with a note saying it's to unit 806; also had voice and email from the manager. So, I guess that's ready to go. Tang did meet me after I cleared them away and Theresa and he are now "exploring" them. I bet they won't be as exited to be shunted across the hall next week, but hey who knows.

I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a blissful evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, cloudy Wednesday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

CONGRATULATIONS on your new score!! This is what it "should have been" all along. I truly hope and pray this will now provide you your "permanent" employee status. How soon will you have confirmation? Please ket us know how things go.

Sounds like progress is being made toward the floor work in being "greeted" with boxes and the key to the temporary apartment. Your precious companions will be okay as long as they have you with them. I'm so very glad you were able to get the days off from work to be there with them. I know you will be glad when this project is completed and you and your precious companions have your life restored to normal once again.

Am doing the security updates and scans on the big desk top, and my precious Noah is letting me know that it's getting "high time" for lunch in his bowl, so I will get this off to you.

I hope today is treating you kindly at work, my friend, and that your travels will be safe and expedient so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang will have a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. I thank you for the blessing of your friendship, Tracy, and of your precious companions. Hello, moon_beam. Cloudy, warm and breezy greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you are both well.

Thanks for the congrats, but they're apparently premature. I asked the new guy that's taken over from the "evil sup" until ours comes back about the PIP. I have to maintain the score for the current period (the end of the month) to be off it. Which means I was straight up lied to mad.gif I shouldn't be surprised though. But this new guy seems to be in my corner, so that helps Otherwise it was a busy Wednesday.

I'm hoping Theresa and Tang will look at the temporary move as a kind of adventure. I think being with them the whole time will go a long way toward that. I just hope they don't get attached to the temp unit wink.gif

Travels home started out 10 minutes late on the bus, but the driver made up about half of it, so it was not too bad. Tang met me at the door, and Theresa was sitting on the bed pretending not to see or hear me until I called her name. She was like "What? Oh, are you talking to me?" rolleyes.gif Now she and he are playing "chase me" around the spare boxes in the living room.

I hope today was kind to you and Noah and that you both have a most pleasant evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, sunny pleasant Thursday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

I'm sorry you continue to be on probation even after this great score. Still it's encouraging that the new temporary supervisor seems to be supportive and hope this continues. Just keep doing the best you can, my friend, and please know you are in my thoughts and prayers that you will come through this okay. Please let us know how things go.

Am catching up on e-mails today. It sure is nice to see the sunbeams again after several days of clouds. Woke up to my precious boy snuggled next to me - - that is always a blessing feeling his precious physical body close to me.

I'm so smiling at your precious Theresa's pretend "aloof" acknowlegement of your arrival home - - one sure fire way of getting daddy's attention and affection. I assure you your precious companions will be glad to be back in THEIR home with the familiar smells and sounds when the floor work is completed. They will having something new to "explore" with the new carpet and will better understand the "temporary" quarters.

I hope you have been able to get your chores and errands done by now so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang can enjoy most of today together and will have a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. Hello moon_beam. Gray and drizzly greetings to you and Noah. I hope you are both well.

Thanks for the support on the job. It is what it is. I just have to keep plugging away and do my best. Errands were okay although I had to contend with some sprinkles of rain. But I was gone less than 1 1/2 hours, so that was good. I walked back home through the subdivision and this little dog started following me, his leash obviously broken. He stopped when I turned onto a new street. I sure do hope he found his way home.

I finally called about my fridge acting up. Seems I have to keep setting the thermostat up higher to keep things cold - to the point it partially freezes the water in my Britta pitcher. The maintenance sup looked it over a few minutes ago and discovered I had a bad seal on the door; he's going to try to get a replacement door. So that mystery is solved.

Theresa and Tang are well and have been very good company today on this otherwise dreary day. I hope today has been kind to you and that you both have a very peaceful evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, cloudy, sometimes rainy T G I F greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

So glad your errands went reasonably well yesterday, and that the maintenance sup was able to figure out why your fridge is not operating properly. If I remember correctly this is a fridge you "inherited" from another unit awhile back when your other fridge basically stopped working. I hope the new door will keep your food properly cooled - - as you don't need your fridge a breeding place for food poisoning.

My bank statement is ready online so at some point in time I will be tackling the checkbook "balance-a-thon". My precious Noah is doing well. We are enjoying the coolness of the rainy air - - as are the woodland residents. We're not have a steady rain - - just a nice light drizzle - - so far at least. Soon it will be time to get my precious boy his lunch.

Hello moon_beam. Cloudy and much cooler TGIF greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you are both well.

Turns out they could not replace the door to the fridge, so they are replacing the whole unit next Wednesday when we are doing the move. Apparently this is because they don't want to disturb the contents without me there. It didn't stop them from leaving several perishable items in the door out on the counter I now have to throw away mad.gif I'm glad I moved Tang's insulin to a shelf. I must be psychic. If that had been left out, I would have marched down to that office and insist they give me the money to buy more! It's getting to the point that apartment management sees as inmates rather than paying residents.

Work was the usual Friday busy drag of a day. Travels home were 15 minutes late, exacerbated by an inexperienced driver. But it is nice and cool outside, so I have allowed balcony time for Theresa and Tang whom are both well and glad to see me wub.gif

I hope today was kind to you and Noah and that you both have a blissful evening. TTFN

WHEW!! I, too, am very glad that your precious Tang's insulin was not left out on the counter. I'm sorry, though, that other items will need to be replaced - - groceries are expensive. I hope you will be able to get a replacement refrigerator that is working properly.

My precious Noah is still upstairs enjoying his morning private time. The major project for today is printing off my bank statement and balancing the checkbook. I'm always glad when that project is done.

Hello moon_beam. Cloudy with a mix of sun and much cooler Caturday greetings to you and you precious Noah. I hope you are both well. I hope you are able to complete your project with no difficulties.

I wish I could say the same for myself. My major project today was clearing out all the stuff in the spare bedroom in prep for the floor project. Some things I moved, much I threw out (most of which being the junk the crazy ex roommate left behind) It took 3 hours and I was sweating like a pig even though it was cool outside blink.gif I figure the rest of the apartment (not including the furniture that the guys are supposed to move) will take 6-8 hours. I find myself hoping the cable connection has been left active as if often the case so I can at least watch the basic channels. I doubt my modem will work over there, so I will probably be off the grid for a couple days.

Tang hid for much of the process and Theresa kept creeping either into the spare room or into the hall, as I figured she probably would. Since it was nice out I'd hoped opening up the balcony would distract them, but alas no luck. They have been great company since then though.

I hope today has treated you and Noah kindly and that you both have pleasant evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, cloudy, chilly Sunday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

I remember so well from my moving experiences how packing is a major physical activity. I know this is a MAJOR inconvenience for you and your precious fur tribe. The good news is that this time next week you and your precious companions will be back in your home getting settled once again into familiar surroundings. I'm so very glad you will be able to be home with your precious companions during this major upheaval.

Along with all the other major inconveniences you will have to endure is the lack of cable / internet service. I promise you will "survive" - - it is only temporary. We will look forward to having you back with us.

Nothing much going on here today. There aren't many sunbeams today because of the clouds which are supposed to be the "norm" through Tuesday. And it's too cool outside to have the big door open - - so my precious Noah is a bit "miffed" about the weather today. Otherwise, we are enjoying each other's company.

Looking at the clock you are now on your way home to your precious fur tribe who are eagerly anticipating your arrival. I hope today has treated you kindly at work, my friend, and that your travels will be safe and expedient so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang will have a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. Hello moon_beam. Sunny and beautifully sunny day greetings to you and your precious Noah. I'm so sorry the weather has denied you and he the opening of the big door to enjoy nature's beauty.

Work was a usual Sunday. If there was VTO, I didn't know about it because my email inbox has not updated since 09/08 dry.gif I have reported this multiple times to no avail. Our "IT guy" only works IF and WHEN he feels like it. Good work if you can get it as the saying goes. Travels home were timely and fairly quiet though. No greeters at the door, but they came around eventually when I was ready to plop on the sofa. Both Theresa and Tang are well.

After I posted yesterday, I took my little TV and DTA box from my bedroom over to the other unit and plugged into one of the cable outlets. I can at least get basic cable. Weather I can get digital, phone or internet remains to be seen. So, I may still be off here for a couple days. We will see.

Sorry your work e-mail is not updating properly. This can be a problem if your supervisor e-mails something to you that requires you to take action or verify a meeting, etc. It got to the point with my ex-employer that when I sent e-mails to other employees who were notorious about ignoring me that I sent e-mails to them and to the supervisor for the supervisor's information. This may be something you may want to consider if you think it would be helpful to YOU.

The majority of today has been spent on contacting creditors to update billing information for auto billing to a credit card. The credit union updated their cards to make them less prone to hacking and in doing this issued new card numbers as well. So I had to update the billing information to the new number. When I work on financials it is something that I have to stay focused on, so consequently my precious Noah's lunch was a little later than normal - - much to his dismay. His tummy is now satisfied and he is stretched out on my lap taking a nap as I'm writing to you. It's warmer today so we have the big door open for the songs and sounds of the woodland residents. The Robins were having a gathering in the back yard this morning which delighted both my little boy and me.

Just one more day to get through and then you will be home with your precious Theresa and little Tang for the rest of the week. I know your good supervisor will be returning in the next week or so, and I hope when she returns that things will begin to improve for you. It seems like life on the job went downhill the moment she went on maternity leave.

I hope today is treating you kindly at work, my friend, and that your travels will be safe and expedient so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang will have a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. Hello moon_beam. Cloudy and cooler greetings to you and You precious Noah. I hope you are both well. I can relate to getting focused on a project and the fur kids letting you know it's time for them happy.gif I'm glad Noah finally got a full tummy.

The problem with my email isn't that people are not responding, it's that Outlook inbox isn't updating. Not even mail I send to myself. I have found a work around via the web mail though. It was another typical Monday call volume wise. Yes, one more day until my vacation days. Assuming I last that long. While on the phone and in queue a little after 4:00, the "evil sup" told me to go into sup conference after my call. She then slithered into her bosses office. When I went over there, current temp sup asked what I needed, and I said that's what I'd like to know. Then "evil sup" said never mind we'll reschedule. Both she and her boss were smiling (which can't be good for me) I asked if anything was wrong, but of coarse was told no. I swear she is pulling out all the stops to get rid of me before my sup comes back timed so close to my days off and her return. I had a thought if it was really serious, they would have just canned me then and there, but who knows unsure.gif Could use some prayers.

Travels home were timely and quiet. Both Theresa and Tang greeted me at the door. When I started to get settled in, I could not find Theresa anywhere in the apartment ohmy.gif I opened the front door to see her tail all fluffed out in the hallway, The little scamp must have gotten past me on my way in. I told her she scared me to death. All is well now though on that front.

I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a very peaceful evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, sunny pleasant greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

I can feel your heart attack when you couldn't find your precious little girl in the apartment. How WONDERFUL she was at the door when you opened it!!! I have had similar experiences through the years with some of my "adventurous" companions and know exactly how totally relieved you were when you found her. After a fright like that I'm so glad you and your precious fur tribe were able to settle in for the evening.

I know how uneasy you are feeling about the intentions of the "evil sup" calling for a meeting - - and then canceling it - - and the demeanor of both her and her supervisor. Just stay focused on doing your job to the best of your ability. I'm glad you have found an alternative way to access your e-mail. Sometimes the "path of least resistance" is the best solution.

We have a few sunbeams today coming through the lingering cloud cover. The nuts from the oak and chestnut trees are falling now - - Noah and I can hear them as they land on the ground in the woodsy areas of the back yard, and when I go to the mailbox I see they are collecting in the front yard as well. Both Noah and I enjoy watching the squirrels and other woodland residents come to feast on the nuts. Otherwise not a lot happening today - - need a "down day" after concentrating on the financial work yesterday.

Hello moon_beam. Cloudy and mild greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you are both well. I'm glad to hear you were both able to enjoy watching the woodland critters enjoying nature's bounty.

Work was busy for a Tuesday. Turns out the "meeting" was to go over my latest score (3.8) and to say if I maintain this week I'm off the PIP. Problem with that is I'm only there for two days, and I ended up going on break 15 minutes late due to a paper not being able to process payments. I had to wait a for a lead, 2 sups and the director to decide what to do. Now my adherence for today is below 97% - so I will be at 50% for the week. I made sure the current sup knew I was going to contest it.

Travels home were more or less on time and quiet for which I am grateful. Theresa and Tang are both enjoying some balcony time in this nice weather. The move is tomorrow and the guys will be by at 10:45 to deliver the new fridge and move the furniture. It's going to be a long day. This or perhaps tomorrow will be my last post until Friday evening unless I can get a connection across the hall.

I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a blissful evening. TTFN

I'm so sorry that your score this week will be lower reflecting a payment delay. This is not your fault and therefore your score should not be lowered because of it. Please let us know how things go with this, my friend.

Hi, Tracy, cloudy, sometimes sunny Thursday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in reasonably good spirits in the midst of the major upheaval for the floor renovations.

Just thought I'd stop by to share the day's news with you. It was an early start as I wanted to mow the front yard before the next round of potentially rainy, damp, coolish weather settles in for tomorrow and perhaps the weekend. I was able to get it done with the Husqvarna, although it began cutting out on me several times close to the end of the chore. When I tried starting it after the last time it stopped running the motor wouldn't even make an effort to start, even though there was enough gas in the tank to do it. Thankfully by then I was done. I will try starting it before I put it in the garage later on, and if I can't get it started then I will need to take it back in for service.

My precious Noah is doing well. He is settled next to me keeping me company as I'm writing to you. Otherwise not much else happening on today's agenda.

I hope today is treating you and your precious Theresa and little Tang kindly, my friend, and that you and your precious companions will have a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. I thank you for the blessing of your friendship, Tracy, and of your precious Theresa and little Tang. Please know you and your precious companions are in my thoughts and prayers, and that I always look forward to knowing how you and your precious Theresa and little Tang are doing, and to sharing your treasured memories of your beloved Sir Thomas.

Hello moon_beam. Sunny and warm TGIF greetings to you and your precious Noah. I hope you are both well. I'm sorry to hear your mower konked out on you and hope it's only temporary.

Well, the good news is we made it through the "storm" and we're back! I have to admit, the carpet looks great and it's much more thick and plush. As suspected, Theresa was the real trooper, treating the whole experience as one big adventure. Tang, on the other hand, was very fearful and hid going over and coming back. Considering how he was abandoned when his so called "family" moved. So when things start to get moved around, he probably has flash back panic, bless his heart.

I also took the opportunity to get rid of a lot of junk that was just cluttering up the place. So it looks more roomy and airy overall. The kitties are liking the thicker carpet too. The manager will be taking 3 days off my rent and said send her the bill for when TWC tech comes out to make sure everything is hooked back up right. For the most part it is. I had to go to an old back up monitor (not a flat screen, sigh) as my other one was on it's last legs and finally gave up after being powered off all that time. But I can get online, so it's not so bad. The only other thing is that we could not figure out how my ex had the VCR working in conjunction with the digital box. So, I'll have the tech check that out.

Given that they tore up the floor Wednesday and the carpet guys didn't show up until 3:00 yesterday, we still made decent time. I'm glad I took Sunday off too in order to have 2 whole days to relax and decompress before jumping back into the fray.

I hope today is being kind to you and Noah and that all is well. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, rainy chilly T G I F greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

SO glad to share your news that you and your precious fur tribe are back in your home now. I totally agree with you about your precious little Tang becoming frightened of things that are different from what he has come to know as "normal". Thank goodness he has you for his Forever Dad to help him through his fears, and his big sister to comfort him, too.

Sorry about your flat screen monitor giving out on you, but glad you have the "oldie but goodie" to rely on. I know what you mean about how to set up technology things again when they have been disconnected. In similar situations I put label tags on cables so that I will know what goes where. I'm just so glad that you and your precious companions have your home back, and that you are enjoying the plush new carpet. I'm also glad management is helping you with expenses. By the way, do you have your newer fridge yet?

I was able to get the mower started yesterday before I put it back in the garage, so that's promising. It may be a simple matter of some moisture or dirt getting into the carburetor which needed time to dry out or make its way through the system. I checked the oil levels and the oil still looks fresh and at the full mark, so the problem is not with the oil. I won't know for sure if the problem has resolved itself until I use it again, but for now I'm just glad I was able to get it started.

Today is a blissfully delightful lazy day around the homestead. My precious Noah and I slept in this morning, and he is settled next to me keeping me faithful company as I'm writing to you.

My friend, I, too, am very glad you were able to take this time away from the job to be with your precious companions with things being unsettled at home. The only times you have been home with your precious companions over the last several years is either when you were not feeling well or frantically looking for another job. Now that you have a job that gives you paid time off it is important that you take time off periodically just to be with them.

I hope all goes well with your precious Theresa's and little Tang's check ups tomorrow. Do you still have your previous cabbie friend to help you with transportation, or have you been able to establish a rapport with another cabbie? In any event, I hope your travels tomorrow will be uneventful. Please let us know how things go.

Hope you and Noah are well. I'm glad to hear you were able to get your mower started again.

They actually brought my fridge this morning just before helping me move everything back over here. It's not brand new, but clean and in good working order. With the new carpet and extra room due to the clutter being gone, the whole place just feels and looks cleaner. Not that there aren't still areas I should work on; being the horrible housekeeper that I am.

Theresa and Tang are curled up by the open sliding door to the balcony with a cool breeze and 75 degrees. I offered balcony time, but I guess they've had enough "adventure" to last them a while. They are quite relaxed now. I should take my cue from them, but the whole process has me keyed up . I have the TWC tech coming later anyway.

Tomorrow at 10 is the kittles appointment with Dr. Mills; hoping that all goes well. After that I am free to relax until Monday morning.

Hope today is continuing to be kind to you and Noah and that you both have a very peaceful evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, sunny very pleasant Caturday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in reasonably good spirits from your trek to their doctor's office. I hope they both received a good health report from Dr. Mills.

So glad you have your newer fridge, and am so very glad to know you and your precious companions are getting settled back into your home. I hope the cable tech rep was able to help you get everything hooked back up and running properly.

Have the big desk top going through its security updates and scans as I'm writing to you. My precious Noah and I are enjoying having the big door open listening to the songs and sounds of the woodland residents. Like you I am slowly working through the clutter of years of collecting things to decide what gets donated to Goodwill and what goes to special trash. Otherwise not much else going on here today. It's nice to see the sunbeams again after several days of clouds.

Once again, my friend, I hope your and your precious companions' travels today went smoothly and that they received a good report from Dr. Mills. Please let us know how things went. Hello moon _beam. Sunny and warmer Caturday greetings to you and your precious Noah, I hope you are both well. Glad to hear you both could enjoy the wonderful view of having the big door open.

Theresa and Tang got a clean bill of health for the most part. Tang's blood work is still pending for his BG, but Dr. Mill assured me he'd let me know if I need to change his insulin dosage. Theresa and a little more discharge from her eye than normal, but he said it's not too serious. I figure it's probably the dust from this past week's moving. He suggested ointment, but it was too expensive for the budget this time around (sigh) He said don't worry about it, just keep it clean and watch her and that it's not bad and that he'd keep it on hand.

Travels to and from were more timely than usual for which I am glad. They are each settled in; really enjoying the thicker an softer carpet. Not much else happening. At least I have tomorrow off to relax before jumping back into the chaos of work.

I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a most pleasant evening. TTFN

Hi Tracy,

Happy Caturday to you, Lt. Tang, and Princess Theresa. I hope you all are doing well and had a good day. I'm glad the furbabies had a good checkup.
Your new carpet sounds nice. I know the furbabies love it.

Pretty much the same around here. Three faithful strays meet hubby for breakfast every morning, Smokey, Leggings, and Tabby2. Sometimes one or the other doesn't show up.

Tracy, I hope you and furbabies have a peaceful and cozy evening and you have a good work week. Sounds like you are doing well.
Always thinking of Angel Sir Tom and my Angel Mickey...God Bless...

Wishing you many butterflies.

Happy Caturday to you and hubby too LMM.

Theresa and Tang are adjusting well to the new carpet, but I think they're still getting used to all the extra space from all the clutter I tossed out (finally) Certainly fewer places to hide on vet visit day wink.gif And Theresa is getting on the dining table again now that it's cleared off rolleyes.gif

I'm glad to hear your "regulars" are still coming by for meals and love. God bless you both for your efforts. Hope all is well, and that you both have a very peaceful evening with your precious Mickey looking over you. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, sunny pleasant Sunday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

Like LoveMyMickey, I am also very glad to share your news that your precious fur tribe received good health reviews from Dr. Mills. I'm so sorry that the ointment was not financially feasible for you, but am glad that Dr. Mills was encouraging to you to just keep her eye clean. Perhaps you can set aside some funds from each of your paychecks specifically for the ointment so that you can eventually get it and have it on hand should your companions need it in the future.

I didn't have a chance to work on financials yesterday during the day - - which is what I prefer - - so after Noah went upstairs yesterday evening for some private time after dinner I was able to get my "bill-a-thon" done for October. Monday will be busy getting payments scheduled on line.

Not much else going on here today. Noah and I are enjoying the sunbeams and having the big door open for fresh air and the songs and sounds of the woodland residents.

I know you are thoroughly enjoying being home today with your precious companions, and even though it's not the most ideal job I know it's still a blessing to you to know you have a job to return to tomorrow. I hope today is treating you and your precious Theresa and little Tang kindly, and that you and your precious companions will have a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. I thank you for the blessing of your friendship, Tracy, and of your precious Theresa and little Tang. Hello moon_beam. Sunny and warm greetings to you and your precious Noah, I hope you are both well. Sorry you're financials were delayed and hope you got them under control.

I had already thought about getting the ointment on the next non rent paycheck just to have on hand. I suspect Dr. Mills gave her an antibiotic in addition to cleaning her eye and not charging me (he does stuff like that sometimes, bless him) because it looks fine today; a little better than usual actually.

I'm glad I took this day off too to have more time to settle. Unfortunately, none of these days off was "do nothing" as even today I had to run a quick errand in the neighborhood for something I forgot yesterday. It's been rough, but as I make little fists with my toes in the new carpet, and look at all the extra room I have, it was almost worth it.

Theresa and Tang are both well and napping peacefully. I hope today is being kind to you and Noah and that you both have a blissful evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, sunny, pleasant Monday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

So glad your precious Theresa's eye is looking better, and hope this will continue to be the case for her. Please let us know how she's doing.

I know today must have been difficult for you to return to work. Still, at this point in time in your life it is a blessing for you to have a job, and hope the return of your previous supervisor will help to get you recognized as a permanent employee. Please let us know how things go.

Today has been focused on financials - - getting payments scheduled, printing off receipts, entering them in the log book, etc.. I also have finally saved up the funds to purchase several items on Amazon. I will be receiving most of the order on Wednesday, and one item should be delivered sometime next week. My precious Noah, as always, helped me to stay focused on what was really important - - like taking a break to fix his lunch and get mine started warming on the stove. I was finally able to turn off the big desk top just as the timer on the stove let me know my lunch was ready. My precious little boy is now stretched out on my lap taking his nap as I'm writing to you.

Looking at the clock you only have about an hour or so to go before you can begin your trek homeward to your precious companions who are eagerly anticipating your arrival. I hope today is treating you kindly at work, my friend, and that your travels will be safe and expedient so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang will have a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. Work was a typical Monday volume/ people being jerks wise. But the good news is - I am FINALLY off that stupid PIP! The "evil" sup was all smiles when I was signing off on it, but her body language told a different tale. Still have to put up with her 2 more days until ours comes back.

Thanks for the well wishes for Theresa, it's appreciated. She continues to do well, as does Tang. Travels home were timely and both greeted me at the door wub.gif

Hi, Tracy, cloudy chilly Tuesday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

CONGRATULATIONS on FINALLY being removed from the PIP!! I am SOOOOO THRILLED for you. And I know this helps to take a HUGE concern off your mind, my friend. So, I presume this means you are now a full-fledged employee?? I do so hope so, my friend. I have been keeping you close in my thoughts and prayers that this would be resolved in your favor, my friend.

Have been working on organizing the "stuff" I will be taking to Goodwill tomorrow when I do my errand runs. Got most of the "stuff" loaded into the car this morning with just a couple more things to add -- the two larger items I will put in the car tomorrow morning before I leave on my rounds. Otherwise my precious Noah has had his lunch and the timer on the stove is letting me know that my lunch is now ready.

My friend, once again, I am SOOOO HAPPY for you that you are now off the PIP. I can imagine how much pressure this takes off your mind. I know you and your precious companions will find a way to CELEBRATE!!! I hope today is treating you kindly at work, my friend, and that your travels will be safe and expedient so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang will have a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. Hello moon_beam. Sunny and pleasant day greetings to you and your precious Noah, I hope you are both well. I hope all goes well with your Goodwill run tomorrow.

I was always a full time employee from day one. I was just on this stupid "probation" which I am ever so glad is over - now just to maintain it. But, I've shown I can do it (without someone "tampering") Let's hope this sends the message to "back off"

Work was not very busy with just a few spurts here and there. Travels home were timely and quiet (more or less, the woman behind me speaking Farsi into her cell phone loudly not withstanding)

Theresa and Tang both greeted me at the door wub.gif and both are well. Tang no thanks to me for forgetting his insulin this morning and not realizing until I was at my bus stop unsure.gif Which was evidenced by the litter box this evening (bless his heart and darn me for being a stupid dad) He seems better now that I have given his evening dose and Theresa made me laugh.gif chasing her own tail on the bottom shelf of an empty book case.

I hope today was kind to you and Noah and that you both have a most pleasant evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, cloudy, chilly Wednesday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

I can certianly understand your concern about your precious Tang missing his morning dose of insulin yesterday. The good news is he's doing better now that he's back on schedule with the evening dose. When Noah was briefly on insulin I made a big reminder on the fridge for me to remember his injections. You're a GOOD DAD, Tracy - - and your precious Tang and Theresa know this.

Got an early start to the day. First stop was the post office to drop off some mail, then on to Goodwill. The first item I put out was the grill - - and it would have been "sold" on the spot to a customer who was extremely interested in it, but it had to be processed into the system first by the staff. Everything else was also useful, so that's good news. Needed to stop by the office supply store to pick up more printer paper and envelopes for greeting cards. Then it was on to Kroger, and thankfully the final checkout did not break the budget. My precious Noah was eagerly greeting me at the door when I got home, and am ever so glad to be home with him. So the rest of today is going to be as lazy as Noah and I can make it.

Once again, my friend, I'm ever so glad to share your news that you are finally off probation. Is this a "permanent" decision or can you - - or any employee - - go on "probation" at any time because of performance "numbers"? I hope today is treating you kindly at work, my friend, and that your travels will be safe and expedient so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang will have a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. I thank you for the blessing of your friendship, Tracy, and of your precious companions. Hello moon_beam. Sunny and warm greetings to you and your precious Noah, I hope you are both well. Glad to hear the errands went OK; good job on "selling" the grill right off the bat.

Yes, any of us can go back on "probation" if our scores dip below 3. I seem to be riding a wave of good fortune and hope it lasts. Getting a compliment call which a more positive sup email blasted sure didn't hurt today. My regular sup is back tomorrow, and you can be sure I will ask her to investigate any "funny business" that may crop up. Otherwise, the day was fairly smooth.

Travels home were most definitely not timely. There was even a couple who just let the mall bus go by them and got on my UPS bus and didn't react until the driver turned onto the road where I get off. I mean it's one thing to get on the wrong but when its the only one, but to just watch the right one go by when it's stopped right in front of you? I mourn the collective stupidity of our society.

Theresa and Tang both greeted me so that's nice. And like I have said, I can tell they can tell when I'm off the next day wub.gif

I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a peaceful evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, cloudy, sometimes sunny warmer in the 60's Thursday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

CONGRATULATIONS on your complimentary call yesterday!! I know it's one thing for YOU to know you're doing the best you can, but it sure is nice when you get "reinforcement" from others. Employers sure do know how to keep employees on the "edge" of job insecurity. I personally experienced that with my previous employer, and I'm sorry that you and your other fellow employees are laboring under the same "insecurity threat." I'm so glad your regular supervisor is back now, and hope she will be diligent on your behalf. Please let us know how things go.

Not much going on here today. Have the security updates and scans going on the big desk top, and am inauguarating the washer and dryer today. I ordered a new mattress cover from Amazon and am putting it through the laundry before putting it on the bed when I change the linens again.

Otherwise not much happening around the hoomestead today. It's nice to see the sunbeams again - - once in awhile - - today after a couple of days or so of continuous clouds. I hope you have been able to get your errands done early and quickly so that you and your precious companions can enjoy most of today together.

Once again, my friend, congratulations on your complimentary call yesterday. Hello moon_beam. Sunny and warm greetings to you and your precious Noah, I hope you are both well. I hope your new washer and dryer are working out for you.

Thanks for the good wishes on the job. Yes, it does seem employers want workers to feel like their jobs are perpetually hanging by thread; keeps us nice and scared and obedient. But there is not much I can really do about it.

I got my errands completed and home before 11:00, which was good. Theresa and Tang are both well and have provided good companionship on an otherwise ho hum day. Not much really going on here.

Hi, Tracy, cloudy, coolish T G I F greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

So glad you were able to get your errands done quickly yesterday, and that you and your precious fur tribe enjoyed the rest of the day together.

It was so nice running the dryer yesterday without having a high pitched ear piercing squeak to listen to. This was enjoyed by both me and my precious Noah - - so the cost of the appliances was money well spent.

My precious boy decided to have an early rise morning so this encouraged me to begin the day early as well so that I could mow the back yard. When I finished I took my hatchet to the saplings sprouting along the fence line at the garage end of the house. Recently I have been thinking this might be an ideal place for some Hibiscus and Hummingbird plants. I may look into that next spring.

Yesterday afternoon I added the British channel AcornTV to my Roku box. Up until recently both HuluPlus and Amazon Prime were showing most of the British programs I was interested in watching, but both HuluPlus and Amazon have canceled the programs I was in the process of watching. So yesterday I finally bit the bullet and added AcornTV to my Roku. It's only $5 a month which will not break the budget at this point in time. I will continue to keep HuluPlus and Amazon Prime as they both have programs I enjoy watching that I cannot access elsewhere.

Soon it will be time to get some lunch in my Noah's bowl and some vittles on the stove warming for me as well. Not much else happening here at the homestead today.

Sunny, breezy and warm TGIF greetings to you and your precious Noah, I hope you're both well. Glad to hear that your washer/dryer are working out so well for you. Sounds like you got a lot done in the great outdoors too. I sure know what it's like to have to pay extra for channels you like; I hope this new program works out for you.

Today didn't start out so well. No, I didn't forget Tang's insulin again. I forgot my access badge. This too I realized at the bus stop. I toyed with the idea of doing without, but decided to go home and get it, taking my chances on being late with the next bus. Turns out I got there with 10 minutes to spare. Going into work, my heart sank. Sitting (still) in my sup's chair was evil sup mad.gif And I didn't see my sup all day. I thought about asking about it, but thought better of it. Work itself was kind of slow for a Friday.

Travels home were no better with my bus running 15 minutes late. This was compounded by having to pick up not a wheel chair, but one of those electric scooter things. Handicap? Morbid obesity, which was hardly surprising as she went all of one block before getting off. There is a line in the movie Animal House "Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life, son" But, this our consumer crazy, instant gratification culture (sigh)

Both Theresa and Tang met me at the door as they often do when I'm late. Theresa demanded daddy hugs toot sweet, so I scooped her up and "danced" her around the apartment to her delight happy.gif Unfortunately, I had to break up a tiff that got out of hand a bit ago. Both are resting now.

I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a most pleasant evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, sunny pleasant Caturday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

Sounds like yesterday's travels were quite an "adventure" for you, and am so very glad you were not late getting to work. The good news is that you and your precious companions have this day completely together -- no errands to run, no job to get to. What a difference a week makes, as this time last week you and your precious companions' lives were quite topsy turvy with the work in your apartment and then a trek to the vet.

Sorry your regular supervisor was not at her post yesterday as you, and I, had hoped she would be. I'd hate to think she was reassigned to a different department during her maternity leave. I hope she will be back in your department at some point this coming week.

Thankfully not a lot going on here today. Doing the security scan and update on the big desk top today. Trying to keep that updated more frequently. Because we have sunbeams today and the temps are warmer my precious Noah and I are enjoying having the big door open. It's so very nice to see the sunbeams again.

I hope today is treating you and your precious Theresa and little Tang kindly, my friend, and that you and your precious companions will have a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. Hello moon_beam. Sunny and warm Caturday greetings to you and your precious Noah, I hope you're both well. Glad to hear weather has permitted you to have the big door open.

Yeah, I was pretty disappointed when I got to work. I too hope my sup has not been transferred or what ever. I'm still convinced evil sup tampered with my scores, but now I'm not sure if it was to try to get rid of me or take credit for "turning me around." Well, the whole team really. I wouldn't put that kind of nonsense past her given her huge ego. She has the whole team believing she is some kind of savior and does not discourage them from bad mouthing our regular sup.

Today was a laid back do nothing Caturday with Theresa and Tang who are both well. Unfortunately, I have to go back into the pit tomorrow. But, as you say, it's a job (sigh)

I hope today was kind to you and Noah and that you both have very peaceful evening. TTFN

So glad you and your precious companions had a delightfully lazy day together yesterday, and looking at the clock you are now making progress in your travels homeward to them as they eagerly anticipate your arrival.

Hello moon_beam. Partly cloudy, breezy and warm greetings to you and your precious Noah, I hope your'e both well. Sorry to hear he did not have sunbeams in which to bask today.

Travels in to work were timely, if not terribly quiet. It never ceases to amaze me how people will talk endlessly (and loudly) about people who talk too much (irony) Work was typical for Sunday; endless calls about missing or late papers and hanging up before I could properly close the call. Travels home were also prompt.

As is usual for Sunday, neither Theresa nor Tang greeted me upon arrival. Tang came around eventually for some cuddles, but not Theresa. Both seem to be doing well enough though. Another full day in the pit tomorrow huh.gif

Hi, Tracy, cloudy gloomy coolish Monday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well and in good spirits.

It is sad that people will not let you finish helping them by hanging up on you, and hopefully this is not held against you for your evaluations - - after all, it is the customer who hangs up - - not you. I do so admire you for working in a customer call center, my friend. Glad your travels yesterday were timely - - this does help. I hope you will receive some information on the status, or whereabouts, of your "better" supervisor.

Not much going on here today. My precious Noah is keeping me faithful company as I'm writing to you. Will need to start working on Christmas cards soon - - it's not that far away now.

I hope today is treating you kindly at work, my friend, and that your travels will be safe and expedient so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang will have a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening. I thank you for the blessing of your friendship, Tracy, and of your precious companions. Please know you and your precious Theresa and little Tang are in my thoughts and prayers, and that I always look forward to knowing how you and your precious companions are doing, and to sharing your treasured memories of your beloved Sir Thomas.

Peace and blessing,

Hello moon_beam. Sunny and warm greetings to you and your precious Noah, I hope you're both well.

Today was not so good. I didn't feel well waking up, and about 30-40 minutes into my calls, I felt worse. Unfocused, a bit dizzy vacillating between feeling feverish and chilled with aches. I fired off an email to the sup and she came by my desk rather quickly; told me to go into after call work and asked if I have sick time (I do) said she'd send it over to work force and to go home.

That's where I've been since a little after 10:00; still not too good but better after much rest and TLC from the kittles. (both are well.) I just knew that if I stayed under those circumstances I'd start making score killing mistakes.

I'm going to take it easy the rest of the afternoon and evening. I today is being kind to you and Noah and that you both have a most pleasant evening. TTFN

Hi, Tracy, sunny pleasant Tuesday greetings to you and your precious Theresa and little Tang from my precious Noah and me. I hope this finds you and your precious companions doing well - - you feeling better today - - and all in good spirits.

I'm so sorry you were not feeling well yesterday, and am so very glad your supervisor approved your leaving. Once again I hope you are feeling better today and that if necessary you are taking today easy so that you may be able to go to work tomorrow. Please let us know how you're doing.

Today I went through the National Geographic magazines that my mom had saved. She loved maps and most of the magazines she saved were the issues that had maps corresponding to the articles. I have kept the maps and some of the magazines that have articles in them that are of interest to me, along with the last few issues she received in 1985. The rest will be recycled. I have offered these magazines to my brother as he too likes National Geographic and most of the magazines could be considered "collector's items" because of the maps - - but he has refused them each and every time. I have not looked at these magazines for years, and all of the material can be found online now with current information (the dates of the magazines date from 1971 to 1985). So, knowing they really are not "useful" to anyone in this "instant information" technology age, it is time to put them to good use through recycling them - - perhaps to eventually return as future National Geographic magazines. This is a project that has been on my mind to do for quite some time but until today did not have the resolve to do it.

My precious Noah is doing well. He has had his lunch and is keeping me faithful company as I'm writing to you. My lunch is on the stove warming and will be ready soon. We are enjoying having the big door open for fresh air and enjoying the woodland residents. This may be the only day this week we can have the door open as the weather is supposed to take another "down turn" in temps and the return of clouds and dampish type weather at some point in time.

I hope today is treating you, and your precious Theresa and little Tang, kindly, my friend - - whether you are at work or at home with your precious companions. If you did manage to make it into work today I hope your travels home will be safe and expedient so that you and your precious Theresa and little Tang will have a very peaceful, blissful, and cozy evening.

Sunny and warm (I guess, I haven't been outside yet) to you and your precious Noah, I hope you're both well. If you have an old book store or the like in your area, they might be interested in the Nat Geos - or perhaps a library. Print isn't quite dead yet I can personally attest.

As you may surmise (and anticipated in your post) I wasn't much better today. So, I called the sick line and left the appropriate information. I'm now at 3 days, so I'm on the edge of a warning if not already. Nothing like the PIP, but still of concern. But I really can't afford to be unfocused to the point of making score killing mistakes on my calls.

It was probably for the best overall. I left my keys in my walking shorts yesterday and only figured that out because I grabbed them as handy to put on instead of work clothes - so I would have gone crazy looking for them trying to leave. Then I cut my thumb opening a can of potatoes for lunch (sigh) Oh, and there was a shooting in a local high school that's not far off my bus route; no life threatening injuries thankfully. What a day, huh?

Theresa and Tang have been good company today; will definitely have to work tomorrow. I hope today has been kind to you and Noah and that you both have a very peaceful evening. TTFN
