I'll post a pic of my kittie in the morning, my digital camera's outta juice right now. It is nice to step away from death for a bit and appreciate the living. Thanks for the idea!

Hi, Dana-

What a great idea! I put together a collage of my fur family...going clockwise from the upper left corner...

Calvin (who was Hobbie's sister), Calvin and Strappy (Strappy was Shiloh's best bud), Koda (my 8 month old puppy who was dumped on the side of the road when he was 4 weeks old), Perry Winkle aka Mr. Winkle (rescued from Shiloh's jaws of death one day when he crash landed in my back yard), Calvin and Strappy, Koda, and Emma (she's about 3 years old...she was dumped in or near my yard without her puppies, she'd been badly abused, but she's doing great now)

Kathleen,
Oh my Gosh, how CUTE your babies are!!!!
Calvin looks EXACTLY like Hobbie in that photo!! At first, I thought it WAS hobbie!!
Oh, I get it...Calvin and Hobbes!!! How sweet... wub.gif
And your dogs..... so adorable!! How lucky that they happened to land on your property...
I will get my pics of Jake and Frances posted later.... waiting for hubby to get off his butt and HELP ME!!!!!
Love,
Dana

p.s. I almost forgot the parakeet!!!! I LOVE birds and have had them my whole life (parakeets named Chipper (who spoke in FULL sentences...one smart bird!!), Lulu, Jewel, Niblet, Jack, Jill, and Sparky). I've also had 2 ##atoos (Clyde and Snowy), an eclectic parrot (Tiki), and a senegal parrot (Raven).
Unfortunately, I lost a few of these birds at the jaws of my previous dog Nick the schnauzer, and some of the
others died very tragic deaths. After all the heartbreak, I just couldn't do dogs and birds at the same time anymore. sad.gif So just dogs for now!!!
Anyway, your parakeet (what's it's name?) looks just how my Jack looked. Almost identical..... biggrin.gif

There are few things I like better than showing off the babies. Here are some of Kali, TInk and Shelby.

All your furbabies are so cute. Here is pics of mine. I have the husky, which is Princess. Pictured with Princess is my FurAngel, Harley. The dane, which is Thor. The newest addition, Scrappy, and our big mouth bird (said lovingly), Sammy.

*I hope I add the picture right....*

Here is my remaining furbaby, Miss Kitty. Her real name is Jackie (we found out from the neighborhood), but since my name is Jackie too, I don't want people to think I'm an egotist! LOL It must have been destiny that a red haired kitty named Jackie would choose a red haired woman named Jackie to adopt. She wormed her way into the family very slowly and took over 6 months to peacefully coexist with Rush, but now she's a domesticated love!

AAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!
I'm so jealous!!! Everyone posts pictures of their cuties with ease, and here I sit, unable to post!!!
It just won't work... we had the hardest time with Dixie's avatar, and now find ourselves
completely unable to get these pictures of Jake and Frances to post!! blink.gif
I'm NOT giving up, though!!! I'll try something different later and see if I can't get it to
work.
Please keep posting!!! Everyone's babies are SOOOO adorable!!!! All the doggies and kitties are
GORGEOUS!! I want to kiss all their sweet little faces.... wub.gif
Jealously,
Dana

she was 2. We LOVE our "Francine McGillicuddy aka Porkchop". wub.gif

Everyone's pets are SOOOO cute! I'm with Dixie's Mom though. I'd love to be able to post but not sure how. What in the world is a jpg? I think I'll have to get my husband or son to help figure it out.

also added today bmp file support for uploading pics.

now you can upload jpg jpeg, gif, and bmp to the site. these are the most common file extensions for graphics, most that come out of digi-cam nowadays
are jpg or jpeg. cheers and keep em coming!
