Lucky pictures truly make my day...make that my week. I love the one where he is on the newspaper. And you thought that you would relax and read the paper. Lucky's fur looks so beautiful and shiny and healthy! You could tell that he is truly in his element at home with his Mommy and Daddy. What a little sweetie!

Hi Judy,

Lucky is precious! Yes, he does look like a panther. Now you don't spoil him too much do you?

Simply darling photos! I think I know who rules the house now. Lucky is indeed a lucky cat.

Take care,
Ken

Lucky indeed! It looks like he landed in Heaven! "One of his many beds!"
And he is very expressive, too! I love his "slinky" look!

QUOTE
I saw in an ad that they now sell a one time use video camcorder. Sounds interesting. I would have loved to had videos of the ones I have lost...to see them moving around. I may look into this camera to see if it is something I could use on Lucky. I needed to ask you what you do or use to get those wonderful videos of Iggy.

Practically all digital cameras have a built-in video function now. I have not seen one that does not.

Some of the pictures are taken on a tiny Sony Cybershot not much bigger than a business card and about 5/8" Thick. When my wife gave it to me as a gift, I did not even at first know it was a camera..I thought it was an MP3 player or something. It's 5 Megapixel, dithered, compressed/emulated and had a Karl Zeiss lens. We took a ride on a B-17 and I had this camera with me..and after the ride I hit the wrong switch and could not figure out why it did not take the shot of the plane taxiing on the ground..THEN !!! "It's taking VIDEO!!" You know men and reading manuals.

I use the Canon if Iggy is sleeping on the desk on top of the little Cybershot. That is where its charger is.
My other camera is a Canon Powershot G5, 5 megapixels RAW. 5 MPx is nowadays considered pathetic. It is getting on in years, but still takes superior pictures. It has an advanced aspheric lens system.
I reduce these greatly for posting because of bandwidth and download time for the viewers..there are still people who use slow connectionss like Dial-up and DSL.

Up till digital came out, we had a color darkroom* here-I gave it away to a niece. We had Pentaxes and Rolliflexes. They went away in a yard sale. We were pretty serious photgraphers. My father went to Art School on photography scholarships, so we grew up with a darkroom.

We do have a real vidoe camera around somewhere, but why bother with it any more?

Typed under stress. Iggy is climbing my back for a shoulder ride. he shows up when he hears the keyboard. wub.gif
