This may be a repeat, I didn't see it posted on this forum already, but I'm sorry if it has and I missed it. I just found this poem on another site and wanted to share it with all of you. I would say more about it, but I just can't stop crying. It really hits home.

Paula,
Yes, I'd read this one a few years ago, and bawled even then.....now, even more. How I wish I could see my gal and my guy in such a place, with someone like me to watch over them.... Perhaps you could post this link in the Resources forum so others could always find it easily? -------------------- "I dropped a tear in the ocean. The day you find it is the day I will stop missing you." ~Anonymous~ <div align="center">"Not flesh of my flesh, Nor bone of my bone, But still miraculously my own. Never forget for a single minute, You didn't grow under my heart - but in it" ~Fleur Conkling Heylinger~ >^..^< >^..^< >^..^< >^..^< >^..^< "For one species to mourn the death of another is a noble thing" ~Aldo Leopold~ <span style='font-size:9pt;line-height:100%'>Life is life - whether in a cat, or dog or man. There is no difference there between a cat or a man. The idea of difference is a human conception for man's own advantage. ~Sri Aurobindo Spay now or pay later, the interest is killing us. </span></div> |
