I am truly in need . I have tried to use the parachat. Not sure where I can get support from. At the moment I have my beautiful 21year old siameseX...would have been on July 7....dead with me laying on my bed.I came home from my animal shelter to find that she passed in my absence. Also lost my 7 yr old March 5, got her autopsy results this week. To add to the pile my remaining baby has contracted toxoplasmosis with additional eye pressure problems, and oh yes ringworm...due to the stress of losing my youngest. Needless to say, my life is changing rapidly, I am overwhelmed beyond what I think I can take, tonite was the icing on the cake

Hi, Rocksy, please permit to offer you my sincerest sympathies in the physical loss of your beloved companions. Please let me try to reassure you that what you are feeling is very normal deep grief, with the additional stress of your remaining companion also needing intense medical care. Unfortunately there is no easy way to navigate the grief adjustment journey except one day at a time, one moment at a time. There are no fast forward or delete buttons we can press to speed up the process or make it instantaneously disappear.

One of the many things you need to remember is that you are not alone. We are here for you for as long and as often as you need us. Due to my current health issues I may not be able to respond immediately to your posts but I will as soon as I can.

Thank you so much for honoring us in sharing your losses with us and the health challenges of your precious companions. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers, Rocksy, and please let us know how you're doing.

Peace and blessings,
moon_beam

Rocksy, I am so very sorry about your losses !! sad.gif There is nothing like this kind of grief !

I can only begin to imagine what it was like to come home and find that your precious baby had passed. She is still with you and will always be. In the realm that she (and your baby who passed on March 5th) are in, they can be with you and everywhere at the same time, since the limitations of time and space don't apply to them. They are in bliss and they are well-aware of your love. wub.gif I know it is not the same as having their physical presence there with you to hold.

Do you have supportive people in your life? Is there someone who will (or hopefully already did) help you to take care of your sweet Siamese's physical body?

What is the next step with your ill baby? Please keep us posted with everything. As moon_beam said, we are here for you for as long as you need us. We can even schedule a time to meet in the chat room !

I will check back here later. Hope to hear from you.

Prayers of peace coming your way, Rocksy,

Kathy
