Hi All,
I was going through my pictures of sweet Chili Bean and I came across a picture that made me cry, then laugh and cry some more. I don't like to put my picture on the internet but wanted to show you it looks like I am biting Chili Beans ear, but I was only telling her to look at the camera and her ear got in my mouth.

She was very loving and wanted to be by my side every minute of the day. This pic was taken 4 months ago before she became so heavy due to the steroids she had to take for her asthma. Chili Bean was under treatment for asthma and then that dreaded cancer came up and I was powerless to help her.

It has been 1 week today since she left this world and we are still crying many tears. The vet sent us a card in the mail and that made all of us cry to know they cared. We did not know that vets do that when your baby is put to sleep. My son said I should put in the senoriita since that was on her papers and also Bubbles was on them too. He was so proud of the name he gave her and of the lovely baby she was all through her life. My husband and I are so happy she was a part of our lives and will always be so dearly loved.

My girls went to the Rainbow Bridge 6 weeks and 3 days apart.
Snookie had cushing's disease, and later developed diabetes. Both had cancer, Snookie had cancer of the liver, and Chili Bean had cancer of the pallet. Chili Bean was our son's chihuahua but we kept her often throughout her life and she stayed with us for the last 9 months of her life. Chili Bean also had asthma and heart failure. We will see you in Heaven my precious darlings.

Hi Ann,

Chili Bean was SO cute! Thank you for sharing that picture with us smile.gif
I can see why you and your family are missing her so much.

I have recently been looking through pictures myself. Rachael was SO
loved by her little brother, Danny. She was such a good big sister to
him. I thought I would share a picture with you too. In this picture
you can see that Danny (the smaller one on the right) always loved to
lay up against Rachael. I chuckle to myself at these pictures of them
together. Danny has his leg over top of Rachael's. He would always
want to lay on the same dog bed with Rachael and lay SOME part of his
body on her. I guess that was so he would know if she got up and left
him. She was always willing to let him be so attached to her, and took it all in stride.

Danny misses Rachael as much we do!

I hope you have been getting some nice pictures and/or videos of your
precious Snookie. They really are a joy and comfort to have when they
have to leave us.

Cheri

Chilli Bean looks like she is listening to something you are saying.

My favourite fridge magents says "the more people i meet the more i love my dog"

Rachel is missed by Danny very much, but somehow our pets seem to understand and cope with all this so much better than we do.

Love Sue

Thank you all so much for replying to my post. I was telling Chili Bean how much I loved her and how pretty she was. My husband and I told her how wonderful it was that she could permanently stay with us. I told her I loved her with all my heart and was glad she was my granddaughter. Then I told her to look at the camera and my husband took the picture before I was through saying it. We sure miss our wonderful little girl, it will never be the same without her.

PS Yes I am getting a lot of pictures of Snookie and still I know it will never be enough.
