Tears In Heaven
by Eric Clapton and Will Jennings:

Would you know my name
If I saw you in heaven?
Would it be the same
If I saw you in heaven?

I must be strong
And carry on,
'Cause I know I don't belong
Here in heaven.

Would you hold my hand
If I saw you in heaven?
Would you help me stand
If I saw you in heaven?

I'll find my way
Through night and day,
'Cause I know I just can't stay
Here in heaven.

Time can bring you down,
Time can bend your knees.
Time can break your heart,
Have you begging please, begging please.

Beyond the door,
There's peace I'm sure,
And I know there'll be no more
Tears in heaven.

Would you know my name
If I saw you in heaven?
Would it be the same
If I saw you in heaven?

I must be strong
And carry on,
'Cause I know I don't belong
Here in heaven

Rest in PEace my dearest Thomas...

Nature's first green is gold
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

Thank you for the video! I was not sure how to do that here, or if it's allowed....

Hi, Tom's Dad, thank you so much for the lovely lyrics, and thank you, too, Marc for the wonderful video. Life's events on this side of eternity certainly can bring us to our knees and shatter our hearts - - truly change our lives forever. The temporary separation from our beloved companions is very hard to adjust to, - - it's an ongoing adjustment during our continued earthly journey. But we do have the hope and reassurance that at our appropriate time we will be reuinted with them in perfect eternal joy, and the doubts and fears and questions that can haunt our hearts will be answered when we see our beloved companions waiting for us at the Bridge to escort us into heaven's perfect garden.

And until that time of our perfect reunion with them, we are blessed with their sweet Living Spirits forever with us in our hearts and memories - - always a heartbeat close to us.

Tom's Dad, I hope this finds you and your precious Theresa doing well. I hope you will have a very peaceful evening and pleasant weekend. Please know you both are in my thoughts and prayers, and will look forward to knowing how you're doing whenever possible.

Peace and blessings,
moon_beam

Thanks moon_beam. The chorus of I'm already there is spot on too....

"I'm already there
Take a look around
I'm the sunshine in your hair
I'm the shadow on the ground
I'm the whisper in the wind
I'm your imaginary friend
And I know I'm in your prayers
Oh I'm already there"

"I'm already there
Don't make a sound
I'm the beat in your heart
I'm the moonlight shining down
I'm the whisper in the wind
And I'll be there 'till the end
Can you feel the love that we share
Oh I'm already there"

"I'm already there
Take a look around
I'm the sunshine in your hair
I'm the shadow on the ground
I'm the whisper in the wind
And I'll be there 'till the end
Can you feel, the love that we share
Oh I'm already there!
Oh I'm already.....
There!"

Hi, Tom's Dad, the only thing I can say is "Amen" - - what beautiful lyrics and so very true. I hope life is treating you and your precious Theresa kindly. Please know you both are in my thoughts and prayers, and look forward to knowing how you're doing.

Peace and blessings,
moon_beam
