Finally, I recovered your last picture, the one I thought was lost forever due to a malfunctioning camera! You had gotten so frail, just days before I had to let you go, but you were in your favorite place, "with daddy"! Missing you so much, little girl!

I normally do not let myself be posted in any photos, but when this photo was taken, I had just turned my head away, with my lips drawn so tightly together, trying, trying, oh so hard not to let my little girl see my tears, not to let her see how upset Daddy was at realizing how far down she had gone. I realize now that no matter how hard I refused to see her condition, she knew, and she spent her last few days looking at her soulmate. I will never fully understand how such a tiny little creature had such a larger impact on my life, but I thank God that it was me she chose to love so deeply! Missing you always, Bitsy! Daddy |

This picture moved me deeply, so much so that it brought (more) tears to my eyes. I'm so glad you found it. She looks like such a sweet, precious, loving little (or should I say tiny?) thing.
