Hi,
I finally did it. ![]() Anyway....I have had him for two weeks and he still doesn't have a name. I mostly call him Buddy, Meowy, and Ditto. I was looking for cute names that go with the clone idea? Example: CC for carbon copy, kinko, ditto, etc. Thanks for the help. Chris P.S. In two short weeks he is doing so much better. At first he hid a lot (under the bed, in his litter box). When we would go to pet him he would shrink down like we were going to hit him. He is very shy, very nervous, and very jumpy. He is starting to trust us, and is starting to really bond with me. He is such a sweet and good boy. He has his own room, and is now starting to explore the house. I think he is going to be OK. Poor thing...I wonder what he went through?? ![]() ![]() |

let me be the first to congratulate you! CONGRATULATIONS! what a lucky little boy he is. will we be seeing any pictures soon? you know i dont believe that we really get over our little ones. they are always there in our hearts. i also believe that they dont want us to be unhappy and are smiling, knowing that we have opened our doors and our hearts to take in our new babies that need a home and need love. i sincerely believe that they know how much they are missed and loved.
so, i went to the dictionary to try and help but in reality you are so creative that you dont need my help. the names you have suggested are so good. love cc, ditto and kinko. theyre all great names!. so my contribution will be: xerox. what a sweet little boy. i dont even want to think what our little ones have gone thru before finding their forever homes. it just makes me cry ![]() patricia |

Thanks for the help! Xerox is a great addition to my list of possible names. I really do need to post some pictures soon. I spend all of my time reading or writing, and never leave time to post photos. Until then...the username sunflower has a profile pic that is almost like Mouses.
Thanks, Chris |

Congratulations!!!! It is a strange comfort when our new pet can be so similar to our previous companions. We hve been away for a week on holidays so wondering if your new companion has a name yet? I keep trying to get one of the clone names to stick, but not one has yet. Mostly I call him Buddy (a name I know you hold dear to your heart). He is my new "Buddy." I really do want a clone name though. I sometimes find myself calling him Mouser. I keep picturing myself in pet heaven with several different brown tabbies each with a Mouses-like name. I am sure I won't be the only one with a crew of look-a-like pets. Anyway he is such a joy to have. I feel like I only lost 70% of Mouses. Buddy is his own cat with a dash of Mouses. He makes me very happy. Thanks for asking. How are you doing? Chris |
