Hello Catrus
How awful for you to find your boy that way my heart goes out to you at this awful time. The only advice I can give you at the moment is to take one minute at a time and lots of deep breaths. The pain I know is unbearable, don’t try to stop the tears they are letting out a lot of the pain, scream into a pillow if you feel the need to let off some of the steam. Everybody here has found that making little memorials helps, dedicate a photo album, a corner of the room dedicated to them with photos and keepsakes, a special place in the garden. Tell the story of your life together, there is always someone listening on this beautiful site. Maybe its early days yet for you to be thinking of these things but then maybe it would give you something to focus on. For me it has been as 17 and 20 months and I still had another cry in the car going to work this morning, so be patient with yourself. Love Sue -------------------- Jude & Sadie, too well loved to be forgotten
