hi,
the website may 'time out' when writing personal messages to other folks here (not public posts) if you take a while to compose them. my suggestion is to (when using a PC) copy the text by highlighting it and then clicking the CTRL+C keys PRIOR to clicking 'Send Message." this way, if the post does time out (ex: you get a blank or white page), you can click your browser's back arrow and simply paste (CTRL+V) your message back into the message window. sorry for the inconvenience, web software has its way of being annoying
