It was exactly this time last year that we noticed our beautiful boy was mysteriously declining...He died on Sept 2, exactly one week after we got the confirmed diagnosis of hemangiosarcoma.

I am so sorry for your loss ~ we lose our sweet angels on the earthly plane but yet they are only away behind the veil watching over us with love.....wishing they could let us know they see our tears and want to lick them away from our cheeks and nudge us with their paws to tell us it is OK...and that they will never leave us or stop sending love to our hearts....May you find comfort and peace.

I lost my Amber Tabby Girl of nearly 20 years on 3/28/05 after a valiant battle with end stage CRF. Always a beacon in the storm ~ steady and true. C.C was my purebred White Angora I lost to cancer on 10/22/05 at age 13~ A Big Gentle yet Oddly Eccentric Creature ~Through his congenital deaf ness ~He brought an innocent joy to my life and light to my heart I also adopted an 8 yr old Burmese named Samantha who led me back into my own room ~ still a stranger to me ~ she sweetly gives peace to Amber's final days spent there and lights my way to see in the darkness of the spaces that my precious CC has left behind. |

MHB, I am sorry to hear that this is such a sad time for you, I can understand, your buddy always reminds me of mine, he also had the same terrible disease, peace my friend, I am hoping you find the strength and support you need right now to cope with those feelings, I'll be thinking of you, my boy is never far from my thoughts too, I miss him terribly...Take care, Tory, Hrudey's Momma
