My sweet tuxie Kitty passed on yesterday morning at home after a bout with illness. He was 16 and half tho I only had him for 15 yrs. The pain is so bad. I've lost other furbabies over the years 4 other cats and 3 dogs , and it does not get easier, for each furbaby is precious and unique.. I still have 6 cats and a dog.
I do have a cat at the animal hospital whose been there since Monday, for treatment for her kidneys, I am waiting to get her home..alive and well.. |

You have my deepest sympathy for your loss. I think it doesn't matter how many other pets and loved ones are in the house - the loss of one isn't diminished by the presence of the others, if that makes sense. And you have the additional stress of having another pet in the hospital - I too hope your kitty at the vet comes home safe and well. My condolences go to you and your family in your time of grief. Take care.

So sorry to hear of your loss. During the holiday season grief just seems to multiply and hurt even deeper. Try to remember the wonderful 15 years you had with your precious furbaby. Am I right in thinking that Kitty was a tuxedo cat? My best friend has one, and they are indeed beautiful animals. I will be thinking of you and praying for your remaining best friend. Take care, and remember that others share in your loss.
