Four years ago this month my beloved white longhaired cat, PK went to Rainbow Bridge. He left while I held him in my arms. Though time has passed the pain and grief of his loss remain. Recently anoither white longhair has entered the family. His name is Snowy and he has PK's beautiful golden eyes. He is not a replacement. There are no replacements for our lost furbabies. In pet lovers hearts there's always room for one more. I still remember, miss, and love Tiger the yellow tabby who stole the heart of a young boy some 40 years ago. She simply opened the door of my heart for the rest who were to follow. From Tiger to most recently Garfield, you all now play together at the Bridge. A place of happiness that knows no pain, no sickness. God has placed you in the care of the Blessed Saint Francis, patron of all animals. He will keep you safe and warm until the joyful day we meet again. Sleep well little ones, you are not forgotten.

Dear Steve,

I'm sure PK, Snowy, Garfield, and all your furbabies past, present, and future thank Tiger for paving the way for them. wub.gif

I'm thinking of you PK on his 4 year anniversary.
