This is a photo of Bear, who has now been gone a month. Those of you who read my previous post know that we have adopted a new baby. His name is Jackson. Today he was diagnosed with parvo. The vet says he has a 50/50 chance. We are doing everything we can to treat him, but he could use your prayers.

Kristen, Oh wow while I was posting asking about your new baby I guess you was writing this. I am so sorry your new baby is sick. That parvo is a terrible disease to fight, but it can be beat. I will be praying for Jackson that is for sure. Bear was a beautiful baby.

Snookie had cushing's disease, and later developed diabetes. Both had cancer, Snookie had cancer of the liver, and Chili Bean had cancer of the pallet. Chili Bean was our son's chihuahua but we kept her often throughout her life and she stayed with us for the last 9 months of her life. Chili Bean also had asthma and heart failure. We will see you in Heaven my precious darlings.

Your Bear was a beauty. I'm keeping Jacskon in my thoughts. I am so much hoping he'll pull through.

Oh Bear was such a handsome boy! wub.gif
I just LOVE that picture!!!

My prayers are with little Jackson! Please keep us updated on his progress.
It is SO sad, but I keep hearing about dogs and puppies being adopted with parvo. It just breaks my heart sad.gif

I went by the vet clinic today to check on Jackson. He seems to be feeling better, and the vets are hopeful that he will recover. However, the next few days will be the most critical. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

Dear Kristen,

That's a real nice picture of your precious Bear. I'll say a prayer for Jackson that he'll recover from the Parvo.

Thinking of you.
