Buddy

This is my first post here...what a wonderful site. My 6 month old ragdoll, Buddy, died suddenly last night. He was the most beautiful, lovable cat I have ever had. My grief is almost overwhelming at times. I've never experienced such an instant bond as Buddy and I had and for him to be taken away so quickly is just...horrible. We have no idea what happened and since he is a purebread and for our own piece of mind, he was brought to the vet for an autopsy. He was perfectly healthy, we thought. He snuck outside last night, which is a normal game for him. We went to get him no more than 3-4 min later and he was lying unresponsive on the ground. He was dead by the time we got him inside..I even tried mouth-to-mouth on him. Thank you so much for having a site for pet lover's because non-pet lovers just don't understand the grief.
