Dad is 82, Mom 75, Sylvester was there cat. They rescued him in 1992, from a
pack of wild dogs who were intent on killing him. He was about 6 weeks old.
The dogss got half his tail, so it was always "half tail Sylvester". Last
Friday he went missing. Not unlike a cat that would follow you for blocks
and blocks as you walked the dog. But Mom knew something was wrong. She did
everything to look for him.

Today he was found in a black plastic garbage bag. We do not know how he
died. But he is getting a full burial with honors. No garbage bags for
Sylvester.

Please mourn his passing, and say a prayer for his safety in crossing the
bridge. Thanks so much. Al in Florida.

I will light a candle for Sylvester tonight to help him find his way. So sorry for your loss, but know that he is right there with you, as are all of us. He and my Kirstie will delight in play and fun until we can be with them again.

Saying a prayer for Sylvester. I'm sure that he's having a great time at RAINBOW BRIDGE right now.

I am VERY SORRY FOR ALL OF YOU AND THE WAY IN WHICH YOUR POOR SYLVESTER WAS FOUND......

And, I am very angry that someone took it upon themselves to do such a horrible thing to a defenseless baby......

Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you & yours.......

Sylvester is already at Rainbow's Bridge, and I know that he is playing with and having fun with all of our beloved babies who have gone on before.......
There is no pain there, only joy......

Again, I am very sorry...

Please keep in touch with us here at LS....

God Bless you!

Love, Denise

Al,
I'm glad you wrote. You and your Mom and Dad sound like such awesome, caring people. Their precious cat Sylvester knows how much you all love him. Thanks to your parents, he had 12 wonderful bonus years (unreal--a pack of wild dogs)! Still, I know it must be so painful now that he has passed--and to have found him in that bag... wow.

He's in no pain now (unlike you and your parents are sad.gif ) and there's only joy in the realm he's in. It will seem like only an instant for him before you all join him, even though in our "earthly sense of time" it will probably be many years. But you'll all be together again. In the meantime, I am sure Sylvester does not want you 3 to be paralyzed with grief. If the roles had been reversed, you wouldn't want that for him either.

Write any time. Much love to you and your parents,
Little Girl's Mommy, Kathy
