My baby Elizabeth (Bitsy) went home to God today. I love her so much and I miss her so much, but I am at peace because she is no longer in pain and she will be with me always in my memories. I have prepared a obituary for her that I'm going to have put in our paper. She was so special and so loved. Fly to Jesus baby.

Hi, Deidre, thank you so much for sharing with us how you're doing. Your sorrow is palpable in letting us know you have your beloved Bitsy's ashes back and the ache in your heart that she is no longer with you in the physical form you long for her to be. This grief adjustment journey is both a physical and emotional one, and it can seem like every moment of every hour of every day during the deep grief is a constant piercing reminder in our hearts that our daily lives and routines are no longer enriched by the sweet physical presence of our beloved companion. I promise you, Deidre, this intense sorrow will not always be in your heart, but until the time comes for you when the ache in your heart is not so painful please know we are here for you for as long and as often as you need us.
I hope today is treating you and all of your precious companions kindly, Deidre, and that you will have a peaceful evening blessed with your beloved Bitsy's sweet Living Spirit to comfort you. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers, and please let us know how you're doing. Peace and blessings, moon_beam -------------------- In heaven's perfect garden there is no grief or pain, and all of God's creation join the angels' sweet refrain.
The most blessed way I have of knowing God's comforting love and grace is to look into the eyes and heart of God's creatures' sweet angelic face. |
