Goodbye Smoke Options

It has been two years since I have felt this bad. Two years ago I lost my Woody Boy to a car. Today I lost my Smokey Joe. He died about two hours ago. He stood up and dropped over and he was gone. I have some comfort in that he didn't suffer and that I didn't have to make the decision to let him go. But he was a great dog and a good friend and I miss him very much already. I'm sure that he is with Woody running and playing and I wish that I could see them together again. I have two other dogs and two cats and they were all great friends with Smokey and I know that they will miss him too. I'm just glad that I was able to be here with him when he passed. I love you, Smokey Joe.

Hi, Steve, thank you so o o o much for sharing your wonderful pictures of your Smokey and Woody. They are very handsome men indeed!!! They know you love them with all your heart, Steve, and are forever with you in your heart and memories so that you can share your life with them as you always have, and always will.

Isn't Dottie AMAZING how she is able to do all the wonderful graphics for us??!! We are truly blessed to have her with us - - not just for her incredible creativity - - most importantly for the loving, caring person she is.

Steve, I hope you feel our collective and individual compassion and support coming to you across the cyber miles. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers, and will look forward to knowing how you're doing whenever possible.
