I just wanted everyone to know Amber is home from the hospital and she is doing so much better. She is still yellow but is eating a little bit and is drinking now and the vet thinks she might make a full recovery with time, love, rest, and care.

Amber will be taking her medications they sent home and we will give her all the love she could ever need. I want to thank everyone who has sent me emails, replied on the board, prayed and sent good thoughts for her.

You are all so wonderful and have been a real blessing to me through all my sorrows and pain. Without you all I just don't know how I could cope with the loss of Chili Bean, illness of Amber, and of course the coming loss of my beloved Snookie. I thank God for all my new caring compassionate friends.
Love, Ann

--------------------

My girls went to the Rainbow Bridge 6 weeks and 3 days apart.
Snookie had cushing's disease, and later developed diabetes. Both had cancer, Snookie had cancer of the liver, and Chili Bean had cancer of the pallet. Chili Bean was our son's chihuahua but we kept her often throughout her life and she stayed with us for the last 9 months of her life. Chili Bean also had asthma and heart failure. We will see you in Heaven my precious darlings.

wub.gif Oh Ann...........

I am sooooooo happy to hear that beautiful, precious Amber is home now.............
Given time.........I hope and pray that she will make a complete turnaround!!

You've been a blessing, Ann...........to all of us, and to all the newcomers.....
Even in your time of pain, hurt, sadness.........somehow you've found strength to help others.

There's no greater gift, my friend....... rolleyes.gif

I think that that happens to lots of people who "JOIN Lightning-Strike".....

We come on LS, searching for someone who understands what we're going through with the loss of our babies...........
And, we find all the help that we need here.......

And then, our hearts just open up REALLY BIG, SO THAT WE CAN HELP OTHERS, even when we ourselves hurt!!!
I think it's a miracle and a blessing!!!

One, which I am grateful for!!! And, I always will be!

Please Ann, keep us all informed about lil' Amber, okay?????

God Bless you and your family, Ann......

Love, Denise, Ben, Ms. Lucy and Mr. Yoster wub.gif
