We've had some bad news today. After two vets disagreeing as to whether Foxy had bone cancer, they did a biopsy and unfortunatley it is cancer. She had the biospy two weeks ago an hasn't been the same since. She hasn't really eaten for two days, and she's sleeping most of the time. We've made the devastating decision to have her put to sleep, and we're taking her later today.
I'm heartbroken, I was really hoping that the original diagnosis was wrong although I knew deep down it wasn't. She has declined over the last few weeks and I just can't see her get any worse. I've told her that her pain is going to go away, and to come straight home to us - as I believe they never leave you. Please pray for her, thanks, Irene. -------------------- Trying to live without Foxy, Jan 07 - March 10 and Frank, May 92 - May 10. My fur family are reunited.

Dear Foxy and FoxysMummy
I was so sad to see your posting just now, I so hope and prayed for you .Foxy is a beautiful lady and shouldn't have to endure pain and suffering. As you say she will be back with you, I truly believe that , and she knows how much you all love and care for her. It is the hardest but kindest thing that you could do for her and my heart goes out to you. My Angels and I will be thinking of you and sending hugs. Love Jan and my Angels, and Pixie xx |
