On Monday I had to have my best friend put to rest, and I am finding it very hard to get thru it. She went every place with me. I took her to Dunkin Donuts and they would give her plain munchkins, the banks would give her treats as well as our cleaners. She would ride in the front seat next to me and if I had other people they would have to ride in the back seat. She would have been 19 next month. I had her since she was 2. I got her from a shelter, and the people that had her before me had abused her. Every Xmas I would take her to the pet store to have her picture taken. She went to the groomer every other month. I know she is in a better place, but it hurts so bad. She has gotten her wings. Please help me .

Hi Lady,
We all know how much it hurts--and it must be especially hard on you because of the long relationship you had with your wonderful companion! I am so glad you adopted your wonderful friend--remember that she has not left--only her physical body has left. She is still with you all the time. It is hard to understand that at first. She was very beautiful!! Your heart and home feels empty...but cry the healing tears because your wonderful friend will want you to start remembering the best times soon. Thinking of you! {{{{{{{{{{HUG!!}}}}}}}}}}}} Love, Patti -------------------- Ginger was part Norwegian Forest Cat. When I first took him in he was a meanie, so his full name was "Gingersnap", and I did not change his name after I learned she was a he.
