Advice Please, Grieving still Options

Has anyone out there tried hypnosis or other therapies to try & help deal with the grief ?
Furry has been gone almost 9 months now & I have been feeling better some days, whilst always thinking of her from the moment I wake up & longing for her to be here. But just this last week I can't stop crying again & I can't bear it. I spend a lot of time driving to visit people in my job as a social worker & it's like there's a switch in the car - as soon as I turn on the engine I also turn on my brain to thoughts of her last days & all the regrets & the pain come flooding back. I just can't get over losing her at only 12, I keep trying to count how many days we were actually together, how many hours....

Dear Judith, I am so sorry for the pain you are feeling, you feel that you should be getting better but your attachment to Furry takes up all your thoughts and you go on grieving. They say that there is no time line for grieving, each of us must do it at their own pace. That you chose to become a social worker tells me you have a great big heart. That you chose a 13 year old cat to be your new companion tells me that your great big heart is made of gold, so many others would choose a cute little kitten instead. It makes sense that hearts like yours take longer to grieve. I know you probably feel that just being with Furry would solve everything but you are so important for the rest of us on earth right now , you have to trust that fate has made things this way, ultimately it will be for the best. Trust fate, it will be good to you. Know that Furry is just seconds away from you: when it comes to eternity the time you have spent making others' lives better will be an instant compared to the eternity that will be left for you and Furry. When you have done your part on this earth, you will realize that you have done it for Furry too. She will be waiting for you, she will welcome you with open arms and will be so proud that her Judith has become an even grander person than the person she left. Both of you will be together forever from then on. I think Furry wants you to know this. Hang on sweet Judith, Furry looks forward to that beautiful earth life story.
