I really don't. I know it goes against every fundamental law of nature, circle of life etc but I just really don't like it. Animals that I love and care for shouldn't die. For no other reason than "I don't want them to"
I miss Twinks and you miss your animals as well. Screw the circle of life, i just want our pets back!! -------------------- I LOVE YOU TWINKIE!

Samara,
While I agree, on the one hand, with Michael's comments, on another level, I also hear your pain, frustration and anger....and also agree with that! Know that it's okay to feel these ways, too, and that anger, no matter what it's towards, is one of the most common reactions/feelings in grief, and that it's okay to vent about it in a safe place like this. Why shouldn't we rage against physical death?! To my mind, it's NOT a 'natural' part of what Life and being alive really is....it's an abomination AGAINST Life, it's its OPPOSITE....even if it's not really real and our real essences never die. To us, for now at least, that's all it looks like on the surface, so no wonder we get our backs up against the whole concept. So the other thing you could consider doing with these thoughts is use them to start questioning things as they seem and as we've been 'taught'. That's ALSO a good way to 'grow your soul'. -------------------- "I dropped a tear in the ocean. The day you find it is the day I will stop missing you."
