One of the thoughts that made me feel the worse is how my Daisy could not bear to be apart from me, but had been forced by her illness to leave me. (something that she would never do by choice) I kept thinking of her upset and lonely somewhere else, unable to return to me.

Then a quote in this site made me remember something - "Safe with the Creator ..."

This quote reminded me that Daisy, and all our furry friends. are safe with God, whose love is greater than any human being's. I miss her horribly, but can feel better knowing that she is safe and happy in God's care, and that one day I will see her again.

Hi, I am thankfull to you that you talked about this, and that you said what you said. I want to know for sure what does happen to our beloved animals after they die. I do have full faith in God, and I do know that He is trustworthy to choose to do perfect good-will love all the time, but I do not know for sure what He does with animals when they die. I do know what He does with human persons, but not with animals. Can you help give me any proof for what you believe happens to them? I love my cat Marmalade, and I care for her. I want her to live forever and have good love-filled life and no hurts, and also I do want God to reunite Marmalade and I together bodily someday, to live together and for her to have me give her love again. Please help me, as I am having big hurt about my dear cat. Maureen I did read your story in your posts about Daisy.
