Hi over the past couple of days i've lost two loving and adorable kittens out of a litter of three, it was very sudden and unexpected they were both anemic and would not eat. it is such a shame as they were only four weeks old and i will miss them alot but who i really would like you to pray for is the one left behind little freedom, i'm doing my very best to keep him going and he seems to be doing well, and if you could fit in a prayer for their mummy, Trixie she's not coping so well, always looking for the lost boys and crying.
if you could just keep them in your prayers i would be greatful.
thank you for listning.

and Freedom pray for him please

Maybe I have been here before
I know this room, I've walked this floor
I used to live alone before I knew you
I've seen your flag on the marble arch
Love is not a victory march
It's a cold and it's a broken Hallelujah

Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah

Maybe there's a God above
And all I ever learned from love
Was how to shoot at someone who outdrew you
And it's not a cry you can hear at night
It's not somebody who's seen the light
It's a cold and it's a broken Hallelujah

Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah

I did my best, it wasn't much
I couldn't feel, so I tried to touch
I've told the truth, I didn't come to fool you
And even though
It all went wrong
I'll stand before the Lord of Song
With nothing on my tongue but Hallelujah

Hallelujah, Hallelujah
Hallelujah, Hallelujah
Hallelujah, Hallelujah
Hallelujah, Hallelujah

I'm so sorry for the loss of your beautiful kitties.

When you said that they seemed anaemic before they died, it made me remember some kittens that we rescued and took to the vets to be checked over. He looked in their mouths and said they were all very anaemic, it was August and the flea season. Fleas had virtually sucked all the blood out of them. The vet said it was because tiny kittens do not have much blood in them any way. Two of the kittens died because it was too late to save them but three of the kittens began to recover once they had been de-flea-ed.

Your story reminded me of this, and I just thought I would post my story as until that time I had never realised that kittens could actually die from fleas if they were particularly tiny. I don't suppose this is the case with your poor wee kitties and I hope you find an answer for Freedom and Trixie, they are certainly in my prayers.
