I Miss My Dobie, Heidi., Adopted Another Dobie Pup, it helps, but not a cure Options

since we lost our 11 yr old dobie, heidi, my husband thought it was time to adopt a dopie pup. i wanted a different color but it ended up being the same color as heidi.. she's very adorable., very affectionate and attentive like any dobie.... my heart goes out to my heidi. the first night i had only 3 hrs sleep and had to talk to my boss and asked for a day off and she was very nice and understanding...i didnt think much of my heidi but boy was i was tired... no sleep as much.. it didnt bother me but it kept my mind of my grieving.. my black lab goes in for surgery next week to remove a tumor that is a size of a cantelope..God, i hope it's not cancer.. no more bad news!!
