Good morning sweet pea,
Mommy is off today and trying to keep herself busy. I wanted to paint the kitchen walls and ceiling (remember where we had a little fire accident) but daddy is not sure he can trust me with that. So let's see if I can just convince him that it is not a big deal... I just want to make sure the walls are ready when the kitchen cabinets arrive in a few days (they were taken to the cabinet place for resurfacing). I guess I can also do things around the house, there is always something to do. Baby boy, I miss you sweetie. I miss our walks and our together time. I feel so lonely... Hi Mark,
I will post some pictures of Rhett when he arrives home. He is a sweetheart and very handsome. I know Gizy would have loved to have a brother to play with and chase each other. I talk to Gizy all the time and when I decided to get him a brother or sister I kept asking Gizy to point me in the right direction, help me find the brother or sister he wanted to have. Rhett came into our lives by true coincidence... I believe my little angel helped the stars to align. Thank you so much for stoping by my post, it has been several months since my baby was taken from me and it still hurts, but comforting words like yours always help, I read your experience and I can see why you say that you can relate to me, I'm so sorry that you have to go through something as traumatic as this, I wish no one ever experience this, something that could have been prevented if people just paid attention, if people just look around... There are so many things that I want to tell you, as I read your story I wanted to reply to every one of your post, but I guess that it will take to long to write and to read. Be sure, that Gizy hand picked Rhett for you, because you had a lot of opportunities of adopting another baby and for one reason or another never happen until Rhett cross your path, I see that as a sign that you and Rhett belong together. I'm sure that my Tino and your Gizy must be friends by now, both young, healthy and deeply loved, I can almost see them playing together. Can I ask you to say a prayer for my girl Kika? She is sick now, must likely she won't get thru the month, she is the one who brought me back to this forum (well, I stop from time to time to talk with Tino and tell him that I miss him so much) I wish I could tell you that your pain will go away, but I can't, I still cry for my boy, and many days I wonder how it will be if he was still with us, sometimes I even hear him around the house, but I can assure your pain will be more manageable, and that you will smile again, specially with the little boy that is coming your way, please let me know how everything goes for you and little Rhett. It will be 2 months on Saturday since my little baby was taken away from me. 2 months, but it is not getting any easier. I miss him every day and there hasn't been a day that I didn't cry. Last night I was crying so hard while driving home, tears were covering my eyes and I could barely see... The loss of my sweet little boy affected me tremendously... I miss his so much... I will definitely say a prayer for the little girl Kika. God bless her and give her strength to survive and be a healthy little baby girl. Mommy worked double today, from 11am to 11pm... I had to stop by Walmart to get some milk for tomorrow's coffee and I just got home, it's 12:10am... Back to work tomorrow at 11am. Tomorrow is the day when your brother is coming home. We will be driving after I get done with work to pick him up. Gizy, I hope you are very excited. You are the one who helped us find Rhett so I know you wanted him to become your brother. It is amazing how you selected him, not Madeline (the girl from Miami), not Madeline's brother, not Missy from Georgia or any of the papillons from the papillon rescue place. Gizy, you are an amazing little boy and I am so proud to be your mommy. Gizy, I love you so much. You are my little baby who I miss every minute of every day.
