I don't know if puppies continue to grow up in Heaven or not. I'm assuming not, but what do I know?

I hope you have having the time of your life, playing, rolling, nipping, yapping, chasing and all that fun stuff that baby dogs do. And don't worry, it won't annoy Trevor or anyone else.

We love you Benjamin! We are sorry for what you had to suffer here on earth, but are so grateful that, in the end, you were held with the most loving and compassionate arms in the entire world.

Today the sun is shining, the air is cool and there is just a bit of a breeze which reminds me that YOU and Trevor and Gretta and Mickey and Hermy and Tucker and Gino and Peanut and ALL the other boys and girls in your Wonderful World are having a GREAT day! I hope you are having fun running and jumping and rolling around. Is there grass in Heaven? There must be!

Benji, after what some humans put you through by not having you vaccinated was the meanest thing of all, but there must have been a tiny spark of hope for them to choose the Gentle Barn as your final home. There you got the care you deserved and the LOVE you more than deserved. I WILL get a memorial up for you at our Humane Society one day soon. You can count on that. "Cause see, I live across the country from them and cannot go visit them to memorialize you there, so I"ll do it here where Trevor, all his brothers and me are!

Can't think of a cutsie verse today. Just here to say I love you and so do people all over th world. We all thank God for you and for Gentle Barn for rescuing and caring for you. That picture of you in one of their laps, which your darling smile, is one of the most adorable, meaningful pictures I've ever seen. I'm going to make myself a copy and put it right next to the pictures of Gretta (she's the kind chocolate lab who's been taking care of you up there) and Trevor - the cutest and most loving C-spaniel up there.
