Name: Meeshack
Date of Birth: Appx April 3, 2010
Date he went to Heaven: May 10, 2010

My daughter and I wrote this Haiku about Meeshack about two weeks after we got him:

Eensy Ball of Fur
Suddenly it moves around
Chugga Chugga purrs

This has hit me so hard. I can't eat or sleep, and have been literally crying continuously. The Lord has given me two different signs that animals do go to Heaven and that Meeshack is with Him as a guest at the biggest dinner table anyone has ever seen, feasting and playing - no more pain. Meeshack you are so terribly missed. My heart aches for your memory every minute. We put your toy frog behind the fridge where you loved to go be warm. Oh how we miss you little one.

I am so sorry for the loss of your precious Meeshack............

What a special angel you had with you even though it was for such a short time. Was he a stray that you took in? He was so young I love the picture of him. They look soooooo sweet when they are sleeping like that.

Again, I am really sorry for your loss.

God bless your darling little Meeshack. I feel so sad for you. He's such a baby who was obviously loved so very much in his all too short, precious life, but as you say he is in a beautiful place now where there is no pain or suffering.

Thinking of you and sending prayers and love

Jan and my Angels and Pixie x

Thank you Flossie's mom and Janika. Well, we saw an add in the paper and the lady needed the cats to go and was going to take them to the shelter. I thought we were doing the right thing. Tried so hard, but I am feeling guilty, as though I didn't try hard enough. Still today I just bawl unexpectedly and feel so hopeless. I know, it sounds so silly over a tiny kitten, but he was my world for a while and I truly, truly delighted in caring for the little thing. To read people' stories here definitely helps, but I think time will have to be the true healer, because this pain is so strong. I never knew someone could cry so much, you know. It seems tears would run dry after a while but they don't. I'm sorry I can't be more positive right now. Just very, very sad. Thank you for your kind and extremely warm comments. This is a forum where we are not judged and I adore that. God bless you guys and I too am sorry for your losses...
