Here are some pictures of the new kitten. We haven't named him yet but we are leaning towards calling him Chance. Chance because nothing happens by chance so why did four kittens show up in our yard right after I lost Nikita? Also, out of the four three are wild and won't come near me but why did this one come to me and let me catch him? Also, how long would he have lasted out there, six months a year filled with danger and disease? Now he has a chance at a good happy life with a familly to love him.

What a beauty he is! Smart kitty too..... it is just possible Nikita had a hand in it also.

Keep us updated on the antics of your wonderful new addition. Chance is really good name for this second chance at loving & caring for a small creature who obviously needed you as much as you needed him in your life.

Your new Kitty chance is so adorable, after reading both of your post I want to
say you have picked a wonderful name for him so now give yourself that CHANCE
to open your heart and love him back. I know what you mean when you
say you want to love again but afraid to. Try to remember they arent there to
replace Nik but are there to help fill the void that they have left behind. Thank you
