Hi, Tracy, sunny pleasant 70-ish Thursday greetings to you, your precious prince Tang, and Anne. I hope this finds each of you doing well and in good spirits.

"Found money" is always exciting, and am so glad you and Anne will have these extra funds to count on for expenses until you find new employment. Please let us know how things go.

Today has been a more calmer day after yesterday's errands and all the organizing projects I've been doing recently. This morning I had a chance to show the carpet tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms to my neighbor directly across the driveway from me as she had indicated an interest to see what they are like during the condo gathering about a month ago. We seldom see each other as she's a busy lady with part-time work and social engagements. We just happened to be outside at the same time and she had a few minutes to share with me. Neither Buster nor Bonnie have been by today to visit but I'll be seeing them later when I go over to their home to feed their doggy brother Buddy. I usually take a book with me to read to spend some time with them. Their mom and dad do volunteer work at the hospital and this evening the hospital is hosting a "volunteer appreciation" dinner, so they're going to that. They should be back around 8:30 p.m., but I'll probably be back to my unit by 8 p.m..

Thank you so much for sharing with us that your precious prince Tang is doing well. I hope today is treating you, your precious prince Tang, and Anne kindly, my friend, and I continue to keep all the community waifs in my thoughts and prayers that they are safe, well, and comfortable in the chilly evening temperatures as they warm for spring and summer. I hope you, your precious boy, and Anne can have blissful, peaceful, cozy moments blessed with your beloved Sir Thomas' and princess Theresa's sweet Living Spirits to comfort you. I thank you for the blessing of your friendship, Tracy, and of your precious Tang and Anne. Please know you, your precious boy, and Anne are in my thoughts and prayers, and that I always look forward to knowing how you, your precious prince Tang, and Anne are doing, along with the community waifs, and to sharing your treasured memories of your beloved Sir Thomas and princess Theresa.

Peace and blessings,

Hello moon_beam. Sunny, muggy and warm (80, so much for spring) greetings to you. I hope this finds you doing well. Sorry Bonnie and Buster didn't come by, but hope you got to visit with them later. Hope they are both doing OK.

So, they did it sooner rather than later. Right when we clocked in too. Unfortunately Anne signed her papers, so I don't know what that will do to her UE. I did not and literally threw my badge at the witch like Gambit with his playing cards in the X-Men. Since I packed my own stuff up while they were boxing hers, I was able to zip on out forcing them to try to keep up with me. They may have fired me, but I left like a boss. I think they proactively tried to fight the UE claim too as I got something from that office today about something (audit) from 2 years ago. So I may not get UE either. Oh well. On top of that Anne's car may need a new axle and is sitting at the nearby Big O awaiting an estimate. About 1200.00 if it needs a whole new axle. But she did qualify for 2200.00 in financing for it. So, all that happened today. Oh well.

Tang is doing well and has had his shot and supper and will get his treats later. Dulcinea was waiting on the food tonight on the porch. Last I looked she was eating while Tweak patiently was waiting his turn.

I hope today has been kind to you and that you have a most comfortable evening in the company of your precious fur-ever angels. Peace and blessings.

Hi, Tracy, rainy foggy dampish 60-ish T G I F greetings to you, your precious prince Tang, and Anne. I hope this finds each of you doing well and in good spirits.

I hope you and Anne will be okay financially as you begin the task of seeking new employment. I hope you both will get unemployment benefits until you have new jobs. I know so well from first hand experience about expensive repairs happening at a time when funds are the least available. Please let us know how things go.

Bonnie's and Buster's mom and dad got home sooner yesterday evening than what I thought they would - - much to Buster's delight. It was a pleasant evening and he wanted to go outside so bad but I told him he needed to wait until his mom and dad got home to decide if he could go back out. So indeed his mom gave him permission and he was sooooooo happy. The good news is that by 10:30 p.m. the porch light was off indicating that he was home safe and sound for the night. He has been known to do an "all nighter" prowl causing his mom to sit up watching and waiting for him to come home. I must not have traumatized him too badly by not allowing him outside because he came to visit today and took a nap on my bed. He left about an hour ago to go home to get some lunch. A few minutes ago I saw Bonnie hustling to her front door to get inside out of the rain.

As always, Tracy, it's a blessing sharing your news that your precious prince Tang is doing well. I hope today is treating you, your precious prince Tang, and Anne kindly, my friend, and I continue to keep all the community waifs in my thoughts and prayers that they are safe, well, and comfortable in the chilly evening temperatures as they warm for spring and summer. Hello moon_beam. Cloudy and mild (66) greetings to you. I hope this finds you doing well. Glad you got to spend time with Buster and Bonnie and that he finally got to go out. I hope they're both doing OK.

Well, we got another estimate from a place Anne's older sister recommended but they were about the same. So we're letting Big O do the work and it should be ready Monday or Tuesday. So we'll have to keep her dad's truck until then. The pay back rates on the financing are pretty steep though. Being that Anne lent her other sister money last year, she's trying to get it back to at least cover that first month's payment (sigh) We continued to apply for jobs most of the rest of the day.

Tang seems to be doing well. He's had his supper and I'm about to give him his shot and treats in a bit. He's getting good "sniffs" in the living room window right now. Time to provision the waifs soon too.

I hope today has been kind to you and that you have a comfortable evening in the company of your beloved fur-ever angels. Peace and blessings.

Hi, Tracy, cloudy rainy dampish 60-ish Caturday greetings to you, your precious prince Tang, and Anne. I hope this finds each of you doing well and in good spirits.

I hope everything goes okay with car repairs. I do know so very well from first hand experience how expensive repairs are, even routine maintenance. It's nice that Anne's dad loans you his truck so that you don't have the additional cost of a loaner car to deal with. Please let us know how things go.

Did some work on financials today and finished up a project. Both Bonnie and Buster came for a visit earlier. Bonnie stayed to take a short nap in the "princess" room, and Buster took a short nap on my bed. It was so nice having them both here at the same time. They have gone home to get some lunch and stay dry.

Tracy, it's always a blessing sharing your news that your precious prince Tang is doing well. I hope today is treating you, your precious prince Tang, and Anne kindly, and I continue to keep all the community waifs in my thoughts and prayers that they are safe, well, and comfortable in the chilly evening temperatures as they warm for spring and summer. Hello moon_beam. Cloudy and warm (68) Caturday greetings to you. I hope this finds you doing well. Glad to hear Bonnie and Buster both paid you a visit and I hope they are both doing OK.

We didn't do much today figuring the traffic may be bad for the the air show and fire works at the river (opening for the Derby fest) Just went to get some gas in the truck and few groceries.

Tang is doing well and has been good company. He's had his supper and I will give him his shot and treats in a bit as well as provisions for the local waifs.

I hope today has been kind and that you have a comfortable evening watched over by your precious fur-ever angels. Peace and blessings.

Hi, Tracy, rainy damp 60-ish Sunday greetings to you, your precious prince Tang, and Anne. I hope this finds each of you doing well and in good spirits.

Can't believe it's getting time for another Derby Day in Kentucky - - only about 2 weeks away. I can relate to you and Anne wanting to avoid the traffic. I know you're always glad when the derby stuff is over with.

It's a quiet day here in the condo complex. The region is under a tornado watch until around 8 p.m. this evening. The weather theory is that the more consistent the cloud cover is the less likely a tornado or severe storm has a chance to develop. We definitely have consistent cloud cover so we'll see if the weather theory is accurate as the afternoon and evening progresses. Have been getting caught up on some emails and began reading another library book. Buster has come by for a visit - - he's taking a nap on my bed as I'm writing to you.

Hello moon_beam. Rainy day greetings to you. I hope this finds you doing well. Our weather is about the same here BTW. Glad to hear Buster came by and I hope he and Bonnie are doing OK.

Not much going on here today. A little grocery shopping, laundry and watching some Rifftrax on Prime. Posted for a few jobs online, that sort of stuff.

Tang has been good company as usual. I had to clip his claws a little bit ago and he wasn't happy about that. Soon it will be time for his supper, shot and treats as well as provisions for the local waifs. We did go to the old place this morning and I saw White Cat down by the fence instead of the porch she's usually on.

I hope today has been kind to you and that you have a most comfortable evening in the company of your beloved fur-ever angels. Peace a and blessings.

Hi, Tracy, sunny blustery gusty windy chilly 50-ish Monday greetings to you, your precious prince Tang, and Anne. I hope this finds each of you doing well and in good spirits.

Sounds like you, your precious boy, and Anne had a good day yesterday enjoying quality family time together. I hope the next jobs you and Anne get will be better for you. Please let us know how things go. Am glad you saw White Cat yesterday when you and Anne provisioned the waifs at your previous residence. I know they appreciate your continued care for them.

Have been working on financials today primarily reconciling the bank statement with the checkbook. I'm always glad when that's done. Got an email notice that I will need to renew my driver's license this year but can only do it at the local DMV office - - can't renew it online this time. I also have to provide proof of who I am to get the new ID driver's license. Someday we may be like the foreign countries having to carry ID papers with us at all times. Buster came by to say hello and take a nap on my bed. He left a few minutes ago to go home to get some lunch and treats. Haven't seen Bonnie yet today but may see her later. She isn't fond of the blustery wind so she may be keeping close to home today.

Hello moon_beam. Sunny and cool (54) greetings to you. I hope this finds you doing well. Glad Buster came by and I hope he and Bonnie are doing OK. In regard to your license, you have no idea how close we are to living in a "police state" unfortunately ph34r.gif

Today I got my my direct deposit of the 285.00 HSA and the 317.00 in the mail; just waiting on the 622.00 now. We didn't really go anywhere, just stayed in applied for more jobs online. We did get notified by mail how much we will get for UE the other day - IF we qualify which we don't know for absolute sure yet.

Tang has been in pretty good spirits. He's had his supper and shot and will get treats later. Dulcinea was waiting on the porch representing the local waifs. It was so cute the other night when she stopped eating briefly to head butt/nuzzle Tweak. They seem to eat together a lot.

I hope today has been kind to you and that you have a comfortable evening in the company of your precious fur-ever angels. Peace and blessings.

Hi, Tracy, sunny breezy coolish 60-ish Tuesday greetings to you, your precious prince Tang, and Anne. I hope this finds each of you doing well and in good spirits.

I'm glad you have received funds due you and hope they will keep you, your precious Tang, and Anne taken care of until you begin receiving your unemployment benefits. Please let us know how things go.

Worked a bit more on financials this morning before attempting to take a walk. The sunshine is misleading because the breezy wind adds a chill to the air so I came back home. Both Bonnie and Buster have been by to say hello. Bonnie's visit was brief, but Buster came and took a short nap on my bed. With the sunshine they both are wanting to be out and about today.

Sunny and warm (79) greetings to you. I hope this finds you doing well. Glad to hear Bonnie and Buster stopped by and I hope they are both doing well.

Today we decided to take Tang to the McNeeley lake park again. I made some sandwiches and packed them and other items from what would have been work lunches picnic style and off we went. We parked in a different spot and while he was leery at first he soon began to explore once we finished eating. He even pulled on the leash to go up the incline to the road. Turns out there may be a colony of feral cats a man was feeding under a natural bridge. He seemed to really enjoy his field trip happy.gif

Not much else going on. Applied for more jobs, deposited that check and picked up Anne's car at Big O. It seems much better now.

I hope today has been kind to you and that you have a comfortable evening in the company of your precious fur-ever angels. Peace and blessings.

Hi, Tracy, sunny pleasant 80-ish Wednesday greetings to you, your precious prince Tang, and Anne. I hope this finds each of you doing well and in good spirits.

Sounds like you, your precious Tang, and Anne had a very enjoyable family day yesterday, and am so smiling how your precious boy enjoyed the picnic. I hope you and Anne will receive a positive response to your employment queries soon - - preferably with an employer who is your first choice.

Worked a bit more on financials today making preliminary preparations for the upcoming bill-a-thon, and had a nice lunch with my brother and sister in law this afternoon. Bonnie greeted me when I got back home, and Buster is here with me now taking a nap on my bed. According to the VA Dept of Motor Vehicles rep I spoke with this morning the reasons why I can't renew my license online this time is because I need to update my license photo and need to submit to their vision screening. So I have an appointment with an ophthalmologist for a complete eye exam on 5/8. It's been several years since I've had a thorough eye exam so hopefully I'll discover that I'll be able to pass the DMV's vision screening.

Sunny and warm (78) greetings to you. I hope this finds you doing well. I'm glad both Bonnie and Buster paid you visits and I hope they are doing OK. Hope you had a nice lunch too.

Besides the usual applying for jobs online today we decided to have some lunch on the cheap and go to the zoo since I already renewed the annual passes a while back. Both the tigers were out as well as the new snow leopard. The Puma was subdued but in her enclosure. The lynx was much more active than usual too. The polar bear was pretty animated too laugh.gif

When we got home we discovered we both got emails from Meijer recruiting about the applications we put in online a while ago inviting us to open interviews. I hope something good comes of that.

Tang is doing well. He's had his supper and I'm about to give him his shot and treats in a a little while. as well as provision the local waifs.

I hope today has been kind to you and that you have a comfortable evening surrounded by the loving spirits of your fur-ever angels. Peace and blessings.

Hi, Tracy, sunny delightful 80-ish Thursday greetings to you, your precious prince Tang, and Anne. I hope this finds each of you doing well and in good spirits.

So glad you and Anne had a pleasant day at the zoo yesterday. And to come home to find a hopeful response to your applications waiting for you was a bonus. I am keeping you and Anne in my thoughts and prayers that this will lead to a decent job offer. Please let us know how things go.

Although the temp earlier this morning was around 60 degrees the humidity levels were in the 80's making it feel warmer, and the breeze was calm. So I took a walk this morning down the road that leads to the hospital. I stopped about halfway there as that was farther than I had walked before being aware that, for me, it was a round trip distance from there back to the condo. My goal is to be able to walk the distance to the hospital and back, and then anything beyond that is a bonus. I guess it took me a total of about 30 minutes to make the round trip walk - - don't ask me what the actual distance was in feet as I haven't a clue. When I got back I worked on getting the bills to be paid for May listed in my checkbook and got most of the standard checks written to mail next week. Still need my electric bill before the last check can be written. Am enjoying having the both front door and garage entry door open with the screen doors for the fresh air. Buster has come for a visit - - he's taking a nap on my bed as I'm writing to you. Haven't seen beautiful Bonnie yet today but may see her later when the mail comes.

Tracy, it's always a blessing sharing your news that your precious prince Tang is doing well. I hope today is treating you, your precious prince Tang, and Anne kindly, and I continue to keep Tux Jr, Little Tux, White Cat, Bobtail, Little Gray, Little Bit, Tweak, Princess, Dulcinea, Butters, Fluffy, Ferdinand, and all the community waifs in my thoughts and prayers that they are safe, well, and comfortable in the chilly evening temperatures as they warm for spring and summer.

Sunny and warm (76) greetings to you. I hope this finds you doing well. Glad to hear Buster came by for a visit and I hope he and Bonnie are doing OK. Sounds like you had a pretty good little walk too.

We were going to go to the open interviews today, but Anne didn't get much sleep last night and didn't feel 100% mentally which I can understand. We will get a good night sleep tonight and go tomorrow. In the mean time we stopped at the library to print our most up to date resumes and got a bite to eat before coming home.

Tang is well and he's just had his supper. I will give him his shot and treats before long ass well as provisions for the local waifs. I hope today has been kind to you and that you have a comfortable evening in the company of your beloved fur-ever angels. Peace and blessings.

Hi, Tracy, rainy humid 70-ish T G I F greetings to you, your precious prince Tang, and Anne. I hope this finds each of you doing well and in good spirits.

Sending you and Anne my very best wishes that all goes well with your interviews. Please let us know how things go.

Felt up to another walk this morning before the storms began. I walked to the end of the road across the road from the condo complex that dead ends. It's a lovely road with individual homes and beautiful trees - - very tranquil and peaceful. I would thoroughly love living on that stretch of road, particularly at the very end which is a cul-de-sac. Oh well, those days are over. I wish there was a park at the end of the road with benches to sit on - - it would be a lovely place to sit and enjoy the peaceful quiet and listen to the birds chirping. As I was walking back to the condo the clouds gave way to a steady sprinkle, and then as I got inside the sprinkles gave way to a steady rain. In between the passing clouds we have had some heavy cloud bursts and gusty winds. Buster has come to say hi and is taking a nap on my bed as I'm writing to you. It will soon be time for me to start fixing some lunch.

Rainy day greetings to you. I hope his finds you doing well. Sounds like you had another nice walk today. I hope you can continue with that as the weather warms up. Glad to hear Buster came by and I hope he and Bonnie are well too.

Well, we got the jobs at Meijer. But Anne let the hiring manager browbeat her into working in the deli which she does not want to do (vehemently) And since she didn't speak up for herself, that's somehow my fault huh.gif Times like this I wish I could just disappear and then everyone would be a whole lot happier sleep.gif

Tang is doing well at least. I'm about to give him his supper and shot and treats later. I need to set out food for the waifs here, but not sure how that's going to work with the rain.

I hope today has been kind to you and that you have a comfortable evening in the company of your precious fur-ever angels. Peace and blessings.

Hi, Tracy, cloudy gusty windy coolish 50-ish Caturday greetings to you, your precious prince Tang, and Anne. I hope this finds each of you doing well and in good spirits.

I'm so sorry Anne has been assigned to work in a department she doesn't want. Still, perhaps she'll eventually be able to transfer to a different department that she would prefer. I'm keeping her in my thoughts and prayers that the deli department will turn out to be not so bad until she can transfer to a different department. When do you start? What are your hours? I presume your wages are satisfactory. Look forward to learning more about your new jobs - - whatever you feel comfortable sharing with me.

Today has been quiet here. Have been getting caught up on some emails. Buster is here keeping me company taking a nap on my bed as I'm writing to you. Not much news here to share today.

Hello moon_beam. Rainy and cool (44) Caturday greetings to you. I hope this finds you doing well. Glad Buster came for a visit and hope he and Bonnie are both doing OK.

We don't know the start date as the background check is pending and that was Friday. The hours will be essentially what we've been working (11:30-8) mid day. Anne and I talked about it and when we get contacted about moving forward she's going to see about another dept besides deli. As quickly as they hired us, I doubt they'd let her walk over not wanting to work in the deli. And if we have to work an earlier shift, so be it. I'd rather do pricing or cash office anyway as the manager mentioned.

We went back to the Chinese buffet for lunch and the visited a new shop in the neighborhood that has gaming collectibles etc. They were having a 2.00 DVD sales and we got some classic animated features on Blue Ray. From there we did our shopping Meijers to see what they have anticipating our employee discount. Some things we'll still have to get at Walmart or Kroger it looks like.

Tang is doing well and has just had his supper. I'll give him his shot after a while as well as set out the food for the local waifs. I hope today has been kind to you and that you have a comfortable evening watched over by your beloved fur-ever angels. Peace and blessings.
