This is a fabulous article I came across, which I think everybody who's lost a furbaby and especially those who haven't, or who minimize such loss, ought to read.

That was indeed a fantastic article. The Pet's Prayer at the end of it has me blubbering like a baby...

Kim, the Pets prayer is so touching. I had a plaque with it on many years ago and have not been able to find it so glad to see it again.

I just read the article and poem. Such Truth!!! I'm going to give the link to my counselor, she is an animal lover like myself, and I know she will appreciate it and it may help her with some clients.
The poem has me crying many tears, but that is how we get our sadness out.
