Hi, Marc, thank you so much for sharing with us how the website financials are doing. I'm hoping the donations are helping toward the costs of the domain and annual hosting fees. Thank you again so very much for your dedication to providing this wonderful place where we can come to comfort one another in our grief adjustment journeys.

I hope today and every day is treating you and your family kindly, Marc.

Peace and blessings,
moon_beam

A big tribble hug to LoveMyMickey for her support for the website wub.gif

Here's what she had to say, quite a nice way to start the day:

"Today I send a donation in loving memory of moon-beam's precious little kitty. Noah."

Just a heads up that the website's domain fee ($100) and hosting fees ($350) were paid today through September 2021. There have been no member donations or amazon affiliate purchases made in a long while, but I went ahead and updated the first post in this thread anyway to reflect the zero balances and upcoming due dates.

The site will remain online for 2 more years. But, as a reminder to the remaining few here, we are currently closed to new registrations and the forums will revert to "read-only" as of January 1st 2020.

A big Tribble hug to moon_beam for the recent PayPal donation for the site. As always, it is greatly appreciated and will tuck away for our next renewal with part of the funds going to the local shelters. Here’s what moon_beam had to say:

"I dedicate my contribution to the honor of the Lightning Strike Forum - - for it's wonderful mission, and for your thoughtfulness and dedication in offering this venue where we can come together for both individual and collective comfort, compassion, encouragement, and hope that cannot be found elsewhere in our lives during the difficult grief adjustment journey to the physical absence of our beloved companions."

I couldn’t have said it any better 😻

Thank you!
