Hi leejaye! Enjoyed the pictures. The lorikeets are such colorful birds, and there are so many of them in that tree! No wonder Purszi got all excited. You do have some beautiful and exotic creatures there in Australia, that's for sure. It must be like living in paradise.

Hey thanks Tom's Dad, moon_beam and DannysMom, So very glad you liked my Pursz and his lovely potential lunch, moon_beam he is definitely quietly asking them to come closer, lovely little mouthfuls! I'd love to think his intention was more benevolent, but this is the way of cats! The lorikeets themselves are way too alert to be caught (and their seed dish is where he can't reach it), they seem to have a lookout type system - and enmasse they yell at him, they are real hoodlums at times. Well, going to have our evening sit in the dark on the back porch, huge hugs for my non furred people friends and favourite pats to Tang, Theresa, Noah, Shelley and Mindy, thanks for stopping by, Leejaye and Purszival
