I wasn't sure where to put this link, as it's not reading, but listening...but it's a song that probably speaks to alot of us during these difficult holidays...as usual, it's about human loss, but most of the words still fit for our furbabies. Unfortunately, this is only a sample section of the beginning of the song. We purchased a download of the entire song and I'll be playing it as part of the candle-lighting ceremony that's been started here (by Renee) this year. Be forewarned...it WILL make you cry, I'm sure, but if you purchase the entire thing, apparently it ends on a more positive note. (I haven't yet listened to the whole thing yet, but read some of the lyrics for the end)
Someone Is Missing At Christmas

--------------------
"I dropped a tear in the ocean. The day you find it is the day I will stop missing you."

<div align="center">"Not flesh of my flesh, Nor bone of my bone,
But still miraculously my own.
Never forget for a single minute,
You didn't grow under my heart - but in it"[/center]

~Fleur Conkling Heylinger~

>^..^< >^..^< >^..^< >^..^< >^..^<

"For one species to mourn the death of another is a noble thing"

~Aldo Leopold~

<span style='font-size:9pt;line-height:100%'>Life is life - whether in a cat, or dog or man. There is no difference there between a cat or a man. The idea of difference is a human conception for man's own advantage. ~Sri Aurobindo

Spay now or pay later, the interest is killing us.
