Patricia,
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me post these pics of Sammie Girl. She was an absolutely gorgeous dog. I look into those big brown eyes and see her soul and it was just a beautiful. To all, I've been really missing Sammie the past two days. I'm enjoying my new puppies but sometimes I just stop and wish I was playing with Sammie. Sammie was so easy to be around and so loving and would play games with me. The puppies aren't there yet but I know they will be. Getting up everyday at 5:30 a.m. to let them potty is killing me. Have a I mentioned I am not a morning girl. LOL. Anyway, many more good days but still some really sad days for me. |

youre so welcome. like elaine, my heart just broke when i first saw these pictures. its so true, you can see right thru those gorgeous big eyes and see her soul. melanie, shes got her wings now.
those new ones though? i can tell they have a piece of your heart too. each one claimed their little piece with both paws. yes having new babies is fun but also a daily reminder of how much we miss the ones that have passed. i know. just keep reminding yourself that when you give sadie and sophie big hugs youre also giving sammie a giant hug as well and shes loving it. 530? rough! i should consider myself lucky that lucy doesnt wake till about 730... big big hug from lucy and me and if you need any help with more photos, dont hesitate... patricia |

What a beautiful dog! You can tell in an instant that this was a rare treasure indeed! What breed was Sammie? She looked almost like a Border Collie, except more colorful.
I can empathize about the new pups! I just got a female Jack Russell named Fancy Pants, and she is having a time trying to train this former Chihuahua Dad! (I deliberately got a dog that would be opposite of my beloved Bitsy Bug. Didn't feel it would be right to constantly be comparing another chihuahua to her!). |
