Hi everyone, My Dad let Piper in around 5:30p and doesn't remember letting her back out. She is no where in the house. We never let her out at night. She usually comes when you call, but we have been calling her from 8:30p til no 2a.m. NOTHING!..I haven't had her long, but I have grown fond of her. I need your prayers right now. She won't wear a collar so no i.d. on her except for a microchip. I hate the thought of her being hurt or lost. She never strays far from the house. Last few nights I've heard cyotes howling.. I'm sick with worry..Ann

Dear Ann,

My prayers are with you and Piper. I hope by the time you read this she is laying in your loving arms. Try and keep positive thoughts about her return and ask God to keep her safe because He knows where she is at all times. Sometimes miracles happen when I place my faith and trust in His hands alone. He's there for you too. smile.gif

Much love and many prayers from my heart,
Beth

Thanks everyone, the prayers work. She's back. Didn't show up 'til 8am. There's too many coyotes around and foxes and fisher cats, racoons and skunks. I hear them howling and screaching every night. I get nervous. I told her how she worried me so, I think she got the msg. I went back to bed and she curled up next to me which she NEVER does. Piper never got attention from her family, she belonged to my brother and his family. This princess treatment is all new to her and she's not quite sure what to make of it at times. It's 130am now and she's itching to go out. Not going to happen. She'll be licking my eye at 6am to get me up. She always shows up when I call, but last night I was out every 1/2hr I even peeked in the neighbors cars, she'll crawl in them if the windows are open. So when she didn't show I paniced. Thanks again for all your support.. Ann

That is just GREAT!!!!!! My cats have gone missing before and returned. Just wanted to tell you my story if ya don't mind. Right after Halloween 2007 my cat went missing. I live in a fairly small town. about 5000 people or so. There is a little laudry mat across the alley from me. One of my cats was in my backyard and there were 3 kids there with their parent. Well when they left the laundry mat and went home (which is about 35 miles away) the mother didn't know the kids had put my cat in their camper. The mother said she didn't know where she belonged so they just kept her. For 2 LONG weeks I search day and many hours of the nights. I was heart broke. I put ads in both newspapers, on the radio and made many flyers all over town. Including one in the laundry mat. Finally when they went back to do laundry again in 2 weeks they saw the flyer. 2 more days and I got her back. The mother said they would have liked to have kept her but knew it was the right thing. This isn't all tho. On Thanksgiving 2007 the same thing happen, but this time some people took her and had her for 2 weeks and saw my flyer at the laundry mat. They lived only 2 blocks from me and they had her. I was mad. I looked and called for her so many times.

So Yes I believe in Miracles. Have had no trouble since then. (knocking on wood)
Still have her safe and sound.

Sissycat, was that the same cat??? I always think when I see what looks like strays. Do they have a home? You were lucky. My Daisy went missing when she was 1yrs old. I only called her from the yard. I should have searched the neighborhood. Always regreted that. She came home 16days later with her leg dislocated from her hip. Vet said she can live like that. Dad didn't want to pay the 400.00 to have it fixed. She lived another 12yrs and was still climbing trees. Thanks for the happy ending story. Ann

Yes that was the same cat. I know they could tell by looking she was NOT a stray. Very healthy and shiney coat.

Anyway I am glad she is still with me. Lost one of her 2 sisters in June this year. I couldn't imagine both them gone. One is so very painfull.

Hugs!!!!!!!
