Hi everyone. I just started reading this book by renowned psychic Sylvia Browne and it has brought me a great deal of peace. I am now a true believer that animals (and humans) have souls that exist beyond our physical bodies. It is comforting to know that our animals who have passed haven't really left us, they just exist on a different dimension, and they come to earth periodically to visit us.

It's a really interesting book and this is the first sense of real "relief" I've felt since Sydney's death nearly 7 weeks ago. I am still heartbroken that she is gone and miss her desperately, but this book has helped some. Here is a link to it on Amazon where you can read an excerpt online: http://www.amazon.com/All-Pets-Go-Heaven-S...6254&sr=8-1.

Jess,

God bless you!!!! This is one of the things I've been struggling with, is Sammie in heaven and is she happy, etc... I am going to Barnes and Noble tomorrow as soon as it opens and I am going to buy this book. I pray it has the same impact on me because any ounce of peace would be a much welcomed change. Thank you so much for sharing.

Hi Melanie. I hope the book brings you some comfort. I went online today and read some reviews of it on Amazon and discovered that Sylvia's books in general seem to have mixed reviews. Some people think that some of what she says is contradictory, and so I'm not accepting what she writes as absoulute truth, necessarily. But her explanations of the different parallels of existence have helped me to fill in some of the blanks in my own beliefs.

One of the reviews I read today (of her book called "Life on the Other Side") was from another psychic, and he gave a very eloquent summation of some of the major points that Sylvia makes, incorporating his own take based on his own experiences. I'd be happy to share it with you if you are interested, but didn't want to post it here in case you wanted to read the book first and form your own opinion of it. I have copied down the review he posted and saved it so that I can refer to it as needed when I need a "reminder" so to speak.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on the book. Please feel free to PM me if you'd like to chat about it, or anything else.

~Jess
