Well as you have read in some of my previous posts that I have mentioned My new kitten Muse.
I am here to formally introduce her to you all . Her name is Muse, a playful variation to the sound that they make. And, some reference to the muses of Greek Mythology. And, she is my muse.

She, is two mos old and is a long haired grey tiger stripped tabby and, as soon as i get some pics of here I will be adding them on here so you all can see just how cute she is.

She, is half sister to Boo, so I am keeping a family thing going here. And, she will be the last cat for awhile. Three is enough right now. Not that I wouldnt mind more but, you have to use good judgement in what is reasonable.

2 months old? What wonderful news! We will be looking forward to some pictures when you get them...and the stories that will come when one has such a young bundle of energy to keep them busy...busy...busy.

Congratulations, Nyzki....I am so very happy for you and for Muse...a little baby that needed one...now has a home....absolutely beautiful situation.

Welcome Muse!!! I have read a little bit about you in Boo's thread. You're so lucky to have such a wonderful family to share your life with. I'm glad Boo is feeling better now so he can take part in all the fun too. I think everybody in your household loves you because you aMUSEe them so much as well as being soooooooo cute.

I am anxious to see your pics that will be coming soon. Also, I look forward to hearing about all the mischievous adventures you explore.

Hello all,
it has been some months since I was last on here. So I thought that I would give you an update on my furbabies. Well Muse is now almost five mos old. And, much to my delight turned out that she is a HE!. Which is even better since I had wanted a male. Muse is scheduled for his neutering on the 25th of this Mo. He has turned out to be the most loving little kitty. He is begining to look like a smaller version of a bobcat He has a really odd bobed tail that forks at the tip. But you cant really see it unless you feel it with your fingers. As for pics I have to wait untill I can afford a digital camera so I can get some on here.

Boo, is gorgeous and he looks just like a smaller version of a black panther. He just got a new green collar that has rhinestones and he looks like so handsome in it. He is doing well except that he likes to get into with my neighbours spayed female. HMM hes never been agressive before. I think he just enjoys annoying her for sport. But he still continues to delight me as well with his antics.

Poppy is still her relaxed and lazy self. She isnt into much hunting she would rather lay arround the house or being territorial of her porch which she does not like to share with my neighboors cats. She is the most vocal of my kitties. She is also the oldest being that she is six years old.


But, everyone is doing well and very happy!

Well Hello all.

Muse went in for his neutering today. And he made quite an impression on the vet assistants. They had never seen a cat as big as muse. They could not believe that he was only five mos old. Since he weighs nine pounds at five mos.

My guy was waiting for his appointment time along with a guy who raises civet cats. And the guy couldnt belive that Muse was just a domesticated feline. He actually thought that Muse was a lynx or bobcat. He said that Muse was no ordinary house cat. I always thought so too! I will be getting him back about 4:30 this afternoon. Oh my poor boy isnt gonna be feeling too good untill the gas finally wears off. Well indoor time untill he feels better and heals some.

My thoughts are with you and Muse today. I know he will be just fine. My two boys went through that with no problem at about the same age (but they did not weigh 9 lbs.. oh my ).

My newly adopted shelter cat, Lucky weighed 9.5 lbs when adopted last December and the vet had guessed his age as 2 years.
Now is weighs 11.5 lbs and so must have just turned 3 years old.

How about some pictures of that 9 lb "baby" of 5 months......would love to see him.

WOW talk about a unusual kitty. Muse just got home and, he shows no signs of ever being under. The receptionsist when seeing my guy back to get him said OH YOUR HERE FOR YOUR LYNX! He was so good he didnt even make any noise.
He now has all his vaccinations and a new tag to wear. I am relieved to have it over and I can bet HE SURE IS !

Hello all,
well , Muse is recovering after yesterdays surgery. He sure seems to be sleeping alot. I got a little concerned and called his vet to find out if this was normal. the receptionist said that some cats take a few days and not to worry that he will eventually come back to his normal self. Poor guy he looks so worn out. But, iam keeping my eye on him.

Hey Nyzki!

I was so glad to hear Muse's surgery went well. I'm sure he is a little tired today. Poor little guy, he's probably wondering who stole the family jewels.

Browser will be making that trip soon too. YIKES!!! I remember when Goliath was neutered and he was quite happy to lay low. I'm not so sure about Browser though cuz he's a bouncing maniac all the time. We'll see.

Hello all,

Well, I am happy to report that Muse is finally back to his old self. He finally has started playing with the kitten and was enjoying a romp thru the house last night. Much to my relief. I will never regret my decision. I know in the long run he will be a much healthier and better kitty. He will have a much longer life and give me years of companionship.
