My dear Big Fella, my Falkor,

I'm just posting this to say a big THANK YOU to you. Even though your arthritis pain was terrible last summer, you came and were a constant support to me after Luba died.

Do you remember when I got back from seeing her body? I collapsed in the house, ununable to breath well. YOu came and lay next to me, and I put my arm around you, and my breathing settled down.

I'm sorry that I "dissappeared" into my grief for so long. Yet, somehow, in your gentle manner, you found your way through my dark tunnel, and led me back out. Wasn't it fun up north in August? Remember the bear at the door???

You are a "rockin" dog, and I hope that we have many more years together. I know it could be a lot shorter, so I'm just glad that we are really having fun now.

THANK YOU FALKOR!!!

Steph,

It's amazing how our animals know just how to help us. That kind of love is wonderful.

I sure am thankful for the love of our babies and what a comfort they bring to us. Thanks for sharing something so heart warming. Tell us about the bear up North.

My girls went to the Rainbow Bridge 6 weeks and 3 days apart.
Snookie had cushing's disease, and later developed diabetes. Both had cancer, Snookie had cancer of the liver, and Chili Bean had cancer of the pallet. Chili Bean was our son's chihuahua but we kept her often throughout her life and she stayed with us for the last 9 months of her life. Chili Bean also had asthma and heart failure. We will see you in Heaven my precious darlings.
